Strukturat e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit jan\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuara p\u00ebr parandalimin, evidentimin dhe goditjen e paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Kruj\u00eb – Vijojn\u00eb operacionet kund\u00ebr krimeve mjedisore. Procedohet penalisht nj\u00eb 49-vje\u00e7ar, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Ndotja e ajrit”. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb kontrolleve p\u00ebr parandalimin e krimeve mjedisore, specialist\u00ebt e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Kruj\u00eb proceduan penalisht shtetasin L. P., 49 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Burizan\u00eb, Kruj\u00eb, pasi n\u00eb vendin e\u00a0 quajtur “Krast\u00eb”, Kruj\u00eb, u konstatua duke djegur nj\u00eb furr\u00eb p\u00ebr prodhimin e g\u00eblqeres, duke shkaktuar ndotje t\u00eb ajrit. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Kruj\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n

Tiran\u00eb – Kapen dhe ndalohen 2 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim komb\u00ebtar. Arrestohen n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 3 shtetas t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr kapjen e personave t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 4 u b\u00eb kapja dhe ndalimi i shtetasit S. A., 26 vje\u00e7, i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKultivimi i bim\u00ebve narkotike\u201d. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor b\u00ebn\u00eb kapjen dhe ndalimin e shtetasit G. B., 39 vje\u00e7, sepse Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb e ka d\u00ebnuar me dy muaj burg, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDrejtimi i automjeteve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt\u201d. Nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 6 u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit K. M., 26 vje\u00e7, pasi ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike ndaj prind\u00ebrve dhe ndaj t\u00eb fejuar\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, si dhe ka kanosur punonj\u00ebsin e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs. Po nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 6 u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit S. G., 49 vje\u00e7, pasi n\u00eb fshatin M\u00ebzez, ka vjedhur n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e shtetasit S. Sh. Specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit A. N., 34 vje\u00e7, pasi dit\u00ebn e djeshme, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn Vor\u00eb-Rinas, ka aksidentuar mjetin motor me drejtues shtetasin H. T., i cili si pasoj\u00eb e plag\u00ebve t\u00eb marra ka nd\u00ebrruar jet\u00eb n\u00eb spital. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 73 shtetas, konkretisht: 16 jan\u00eb arrestuar, 5 jan\u00eb ndaluar dhe 52 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb ndaluar 5 shtetas, pasi ishin shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 2 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 7 raste: 3 raste t\u00eb \u201cKanosja\u201d, 2 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Fier; 4 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, 2 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 6 raste t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Elbasan, 1 n\u00eb Berat, 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb; 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 7 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n
