M., m\u00eb dat\u00eb 30.03.2019, kan\u00eb tentuar t\u00eb vjedhin me arm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb karburant n\u00eb lagjen nr. 13, Durr\u00ebs, por ngjarja \u00ebsht\u00eb parandaluar nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb kan\u00eb ndaluar mjetin e autor\u00ebve dhe kan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasin J. M., nd\u00ebrsa shtetasit Xh.
