Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb vijon puna p\u00ebr identifikimin e personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb bllokimin e aksit rrugor.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebta shtetas n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cTeodor Keko\u201d n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Unaz\u00ebs s\u00eb Re kan\u00eb organizuar e zhvilluar nj\u00eb tubim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm dhe kan\u00eb penguar qarkullimin e mjeteve t\u00eb transportit rrugor n\u00eb t\u00eb dyja drejtimet e rrug\u00ebs, duke kund\u00ebrshtuar dhe mos iu bindur thirrjeve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb liruar rrug\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Me ndryshimet e reja n\u00eb Kodin Penal, bllokimi i rrug\u00ebve duke penguar l\u00ebvizjen e lire t\u00eb automjeteve \u00ebsht\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale dhe d\u00ebnohet me burg. Policia e Shtetit u b\u00ebn thirrje qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb mos bien pre e keqp\u00ebrdorimeve, por t\u00eb protestojn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ligjshme dhe n\u00eb vende ku nuk pengohet qarkullimi i automjeteve.<\/p>\n

Bllokimi i rrug\u00ebs nuk do t\u00eb tolerohet dhe personat p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs do p\u00ebrballen me drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb.<\/p>\n
