S., 48 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Fier, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale &#8220;Dh\u00ebnia ndihm\u00eb p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufirit&#8221;, pasi dyshohet se ky shtetas do t\u00eb transportonte me automjet, 5 emigrant\u00eb nga vendet MENA, me q\u00ebllim kalimin e\u00a0 paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufirit, kundrejt fitimit. P., 58 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb P\u00ebrmet, \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar nga banesa e prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb tyre m\u00eb dat\u00eb 18.06.2022, dhe nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer m\u00eb.Nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb vijon puna p\u00ebr gjetjen e tij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">-Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Kruj\u00eb, gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb territorit, gjet\u00ebn n\u00eb zgavr\u00ebn e nj\u00eb peme, nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri pushk\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb sasi fishek\u00ebsh, t\u00eb cilat u sekuestruan n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale. Vijon puna p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e autorit\/\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tiran\u00eb-Finalizohen brenda 12 or\u00ebve, 2 operacione policore, t\u00eb koduara &#8220;Yello\u00eb pack&#8221; dhe &#8220;Plastic&#8221;, p\u00ebr goditjen e veprimtaris\u00eb kriminale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Operacionet u zhvilluan nga Seksioni p\u00ebr Hetimin e Narkotik\u00ebve n\u00eb DVP Tiran\u00eb.Gjat\u00eb operacionit policor t\u00eb koduar &#8220;Yello\u00eb pack&#8221; u vu n\u00eb pranga 1 shtetas dhe u sekuestrua 1 kg e 15 gram\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb e dyshuar narkotike e llojit kokain\u00eb.Gjat\u00eb operacionit policor t\u00eb koduar &#8220;Plastic&#8221; u vu n\u00eb pranga 1 shtetas dhe u procedua n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, si dhe u sekuestrua l\u00ebnd\u00eb e dyshuar narkotike kokain\u00eb, e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb doza, gati p\u00ebr shitje. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Narkotik\u00ebve, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr goditjen e veprimtaris\u00eb kriminale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve, pas nj\u00eb pune t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb hetimore, organizuan dhe finalizuan me sukses operacionet policore t\u00eb koduara &#8220;Yello\u00eb pack&#8221; dhe &#8220;Plastic&#8221;.N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit policor t\u00eb koduar &#8220;Yello\u00eb pack\u201d u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit V. K., 46 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale &#8220;Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotik\u00ebve.N\u00eb rrug\u00ebn &#8220;Asim Vokshi&#8221;, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb kan\u00eb lokalizuar dhe arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasin V. K., 46 vje\u00e7, t\u00eb cilit, gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik, iu gjet dhe iu sekuestrua, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale, 1 kg e 15 gram\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb e dyshuar narkotike kokain\u00eb.Nga verifikimet e kryera ka rezultuar se ky shtetas, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ende t\u00eb paidentifikuar, pasi siguronte sasi l\u00ebnde narkotike n\u00eb pesh\u00ebn 2-3 kg, e ndante at\u00eb n\u00eb doza, t\u00eb cilat i shisnin m\u00eb pas n\u00eb zona t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb kryeqytetit dhe t\u00eb qytetit t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs.Punohet p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb implikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb veprimtari kriminale.N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit policor t\u00eb koduar &#8220;Plastic&#8221; u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit R. D., 26 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale &#8220;Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotik\u00ebve&#8221;.Gjithashtu, u procedua penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, shtetasi I. Zh., 43 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.Gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb, k\u00ebtyre shtetasve iu gjet\u00ebn dhe iu sekuestruan, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale, doza me l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar narkotike\u00a0 kokain\u00eb, gati p\u00ebr shitje.Pas verifikimeve t\u00eb kryera ka rezultuar se k\u00ebta shtetas, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, pasi siguronin l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike kokain\u00eb, e ndanin n\u00eb doza, t\u00eb cilat i shisnin n\u00eb zona t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme procedurale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bulqiz\u00eb &#8211; U referuan materialet procedurale n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Dib\u00ebr, p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsim, p\u00ebr shtetasin A. S., 36 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Bulqiz\u00eb, pasi duke punuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb subjekt minerar \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar leht\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb. Pas mjekimit n\u00eb spitalin e Bulqiz\u00ebs, shtetasi A. S. \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar p\u00ebr n\u00eb banes\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 90 shtetas, konkretisht: 4 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 17 jan\u00eb arrestuar, 61 jan\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe jan\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim 8 shtetas, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 10 raste, me 4 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar, 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, p\u00ebr lokalizimin dhe kapjen e t\u00eb cilit vijon puna nga ana e Policis\u00eb dhe me 7 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve kund\u00ebr personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 10 raste, me 13 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arm\u00ebmbajtjes pa leje jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste, nj\u00ebri prej tyre me autor\u00eb ende t\u00eb paidentifikuar, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit vijon puna nga ana e strukturave t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa rasti tjet\u00ebr rezulton me 1 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimit ekonomik jan\u00eb evidentuar 6 raste, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar, 2 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim dhe me 3 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebr veprat penale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e mosbindjes\/kund\u00ebrshtimit ndaj punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e veprave penale me objekt vjedhjen e pasuris\u00eb jan\u00eb evidentuar 9 raste, prej tyre 4 raste jan\u00eb me autor\u00eb ende t\u00eb paidentifikuar, nd\u00ebrsa 5 rastet e tjera rezultojn\u00eb me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar, 2 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, si dhe me 3 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ne fush\u00ebn e veprave penale me objekt trafiqet \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimit mjedisor dhe veprave penale me objekt shkat\u00ebrrimin e pron\u00ebs me mjete t\u00eb ndryshme, jan\u00eb evidentuar 13 raste, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar, 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim dhe me 12 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Gjithashtu, \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast i r\u00ebnies zjarr, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin vijon puna nga ana e Policis\u00eb, me q\u00ebllim zbardhjen dhe dokumentimin e tij.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDhuna n\u00eb familje\u201d jan\u00eb evidentuar 9 raste, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar, 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar, 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, p\u00ebr lokalizimin dhe kapjen e t\u00eb cilit vijon puna nga ana e Policis\u00eb dhe me 4 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 17 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cbsht\u00eb evidentuar nga 1 rast i veprave penale \u201cFyerja\u201d, \u201cVepra t\u00eb turpshme\u201d, \u201cP\u00ebrndjekja\u201d, \u201cVet\u00ebgjyq\u00ebsia\u201d dhe \u201cShkat\u00ebrrimi i rrjetit t\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit\u201d, me 6 shtetas n\u00eb total, t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin kan\u00eb ndodhur 7 aksidente, si pasoj\u00eb e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve 1 shtetas ka humbur jet\u00ebn dhe 10 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar.
