fillojn\u00eb m\u00eb dat\u00eb 23.06.2022 dhe p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb m\u00eb dat\u00eb 27.06.2022.<\/p>\n<p>Aplikimet b\u00ebhen n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e Burimeve Njer\u00ebzore, n\u00eb Departamentin p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebrbimet Mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse, n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Kriteret e pranimit n\u00eb funksionin e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, \u201c<em>Specialist<\/em>, <em>n\u00eb Sektorin e Kontrollit Shkencor t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, n\u00eb Institutin e Policis\u00eb Shkencore, n\u00eb <\/em><em>Drejtorin\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit<\/em>\u201d, jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>T\u00eb jet\u00eb shtetas shqiptar;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb mos jet\u00eb i p\u00ebrjashtuar nga Policia e Shtetit, strukturat e tjera t\u00eb siguris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, apo t\u00eb jet\u00eb larguar nga sh\u00ebrbimi civil.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar arsimin e lart\u00eb p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb ket\u00eb zot\u00ebsi t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mir\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore dhe i aft\u00eb fizikisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer detyr\u00ebn;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb zot\u00ebroj\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe t\u00eb shkruar dhe t\u00eb folur;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>T\u00eb ket\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb pune jo m\u00eb pak se 5 vjet profesionale;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb mos jet\u00eb i d\u00ebnuar me vendim gjykate, t\u00eb form\u00ebs s\u00eb prer\u00eb, p\u00ebr kryerjen e nj\u00eb krimi apo p\u00ebr kryerjen e nj\u00eb kund\u00ebrvajtjeje penale me dashje;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb ket\u00eb d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb aft\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb automjetit t\u00eb tipit B;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb jet\u00eb pajisur me v\u00ebrtetimin e besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb kriteret e tjera t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kritere t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Specialisti q\u00eb do t\u00eb rekrutohet p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb arsimin e lart\u00eb<strong> dhe patjet\u00ebr <\/strong>diplom\u00eb <em>\u201cMaster&#8221;,<\/em> n\u00eb shkencat natyrore, teknike dhe shoq\u00ebrore, si Biologji, Kimi, Informatik\u00eb dhe Jurisprudenc\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb jet\u00eb i \u00e7ertifikuar si Ekspert Kriminalist dhe i specializuar\/trajnuar n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e manaxhimit shkencor t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, sipas standardi ISO\/IEC 9001, 17025:2005.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb ket\u00eb eksperienc\u00eb pune mbi 10 vjet n\u00eb strukturat e Policis\u00eb Shkencore.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb ket\u00eb njohuri dhe aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb mira pune n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb ndjekjes dhe zbatimit t\u00eb procedurave standarde t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, mjeteve tekniko \u2013kriminalistike, teknikave dhe metodikave shkencore kriminalistike q\u00eb aplikohen n\u00eb kryerjen e akteve t\u00eb ekspertimit, sipas standartit ISO\/IEC 17025:2005.<\/li>\n<li>Njohuri mbi procedurat standarde t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e ekzaminimeve kompjuterike dhe akteve ligjore dhe n\u00ebnligjore q\u00eb rregullojn\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e Institutit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Shkencore n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe ekspertimit kriminalistik n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti;<\/li>\n<li>Aft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb identifikuar dhe vler\u00ebsuar nevojat p\u00ebr ndryshim dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb metodikave q\u00eb zbatohen n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e kryerjes s\u00eb ekspertimeve kriminalistike;<\/li>\n<li>Aft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb prezantuar qart\u00eb e profesionalisht produktet dhe idet\u00eb e tij profesionale;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb ken\u00eb njohuri t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs angleze ose italiane<em>,<\/em> edhe aft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr komunikim t\u00eb rrjedhsh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebto gjuh\u00eb.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb ket\u00eb njohuri ne lidhje me aktet ligjore dhe nen ligjore qe normojn\u00eb pune e Policis\u00eb se Shtetit;<\/li>\n<li>T\u00eb ket\u00eb njohuri t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme rreth objektit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs t\u00eb IPSH dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb automjetit t\u00eb tipit \u201cB\u201d;<\/li>\n<li>Certifikat\u00eb e gjendjes gjyq\u00ebsore;<\/li>\n<li>Certifikat\u00eb familjare;<\/li>\n<li>V\u00ebrtetim nga gjykata;<\/li>\n<li>V\u00ebrtetim nga prokuroria;<\/li>\n<li>Raport mjeko-ligjor;<\/li>\n<li>Fotokopje e librez\u00ebs s\u00eb pun\u00ebs;<\/li>\n<li>Dokument t\u00eb l\u00ebshuar nga institucionet sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore q\u00eb v\u00ebrteton se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorues i l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Punonj\u00ebsi n\u00eb funksionin e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, \u201c<em>Specialist<\/em>, <em>n\u00eb Sektorin e Kontrollit Shkencor t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, n\u00eb Institutin e Policis\u00eb Shkencore, n\u00eb <\/em><em>Drejtorin\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit<\/em>\u201d, kryen k\u00ebto detyra specifike:<\/p>\n<p>Mban dokumentacionin dhe merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e kurrikulave t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Institutit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Shkencore dhe t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Shkencore, p\u00ebr kualifikimet periodike.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Mban dokumentacionin n\u00eb lidhje me testet profesionale t\u00eb aft\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb inspektor\/ekspert\u00ebve dhe specialist\u00ebve kriminalist\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>ban dokumentacionin dhe ndjek proceset e kalibrimeve t\u00eb pajisjeve tekniko \u2013shkencore t\u00eb sektor\u00ebve\/laborator\u00ebve t\u00eb Institutit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Shkencore.<\/p>\n<p>Mban procedurave standarde t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Mban regjistrat me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr furnitor\u00ebt e miratuar\/ akredituar p\u00ebr ISO 17025 ose t\u00eb \u00e7ertifikuar p\u00ebr ISO 9001p\u00ebr mallrat e konsumit, pajisjeve dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve kriminalistike q\u00eb i ofrohen Institutit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Shkencore.<\/p>\n<p>Bashk\u00ebpunon me Drejtorin\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Standardeve Shqiptare (DPS) p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsimet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb sistematike n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb standardeve ISO\/IEC17025:2005 p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr testet laboratorike dhe k\u00ebqyrjen e vendit t\u00eb<\/p>\n<p>Merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb procese t\u00eb ndryshme konsultuese n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e kontrollit t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb, n\u00eb lidhje me standardet ISO 9001, ISO 17025 dhe t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb fushat aplikative shkencore.<\/p>\n<p>Kryen \u00e7do detyr\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ngarkuar nga akte ligjore, n\u00ebnligjore, rregullore dhe dokumente t\u00eb tjera<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Procesi i konkurrimit p\u00ebrfshin:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Jet\u00ebshkrimi i aplikantit,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vler\u00ebsimi i arsimimit dhe trajnimeve t\u00eb lidhura me veprimtarin\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e\u00a0njohurive dhe eksperienc\u00ebn n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, njohurive t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve t\u00eb huaja, si dhe referencat e pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb m\u00ebparsh\u00ebm (vler\u00ebsohet me 10 pik\u00eb);<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Testi me shkrim,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kontrollin e njohurive t\u00eb aplikantit n\u00eb test me shkrim (vler\u00ebsohet me 60 pik\u00eb).
