R., 33 vje\u00e7, M. M., 21 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs dhe A. D., 29 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs.Vijojn\u00eb veprimet hetimore p\u00ebr dokumentimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij rasti, identifikimin dhe shoq\u00ebrimin e personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb ushtruar veprime t\u00eb dhunshme pas aktivitetit sportiv.Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme procedurale<\/p>\n

Pogradec-Fal\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, parandalohet p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimi i m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm i nj\u00eb konflikti t\u00eb ndodhur n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb nj\u00eb lokali, n\u00eb fshatin Bu\u00e7imas.Vihet n\u00eb pranga pronari i lokalit, i cili kanosi me arm\u00eb gjahu nj\u00eb shtetas tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta.Sekuestrohet nj\u00eb arm\u00eb gjahu dhe nj\u00eb sasi municioni luftarak, t\u00eb cilat pronari i lokalit i mbante pa leje, n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij.Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Pogradec, mbr\u00ebmjen e djeshme, pas marrjes s\u00eb informacionit se n\u00eb fshatin Bu\u00e7imas, Pogradec, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb nj\u00eb lokali, dy shtetas po konfliktoheshin me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, menj\u00ebher\u00eb kan\u00eb organizuar pun\u00ebn dhe jan\u00eb nisur drejt vendngjarjes, ku fal\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb shpejt\u00eb kan\u00eb parandaluar p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb konfliktit.Nga verifikimet e kryera rezultoi se shtetasi A. H., 52 vje\u00e7 (pronari i lokalit) ishte konfliktuar p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta dhe kishte kanosur me arm\u00eb shtetasin R. B., 40 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Bu\u00e7imas dhe ishte larguar nga vendngjarja, por sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb u vun\u00eb n\u00eb ndjekje dhe b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur ndalimin e tij. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e 52-vje\u00e7arit, u gjet dhe sekuestrua n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale nj\u00eb arm\u00eb gjahu (\u00e7ifte) dhe nj\u00eb sasi municioni luftarak.N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve, specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Pogradec b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cKanosja\u201d, \u201cMbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i arm\u00ebve, arm\u00ebve shp\u00ebrthyese dhe i municionit\u201d dhe \u201cProdhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb gjuetis\u00eb dhe sportive\u201d, t\u00eb shtetasit A. H.Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Pogradec, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 99 shtetas, konkretisht: 11 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 11 jan\u00eb arrestuar, 75 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe jan\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim 2 shtetas, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 8 raste, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar, 2 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar, 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, p\u00ebr lokalizimin dhe kapjen e t\u00eb cilit vijon puna nga ana e strukturave policore, si dhe me 4 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve kund\u00ebr personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 4 raste: 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cKanosja\u201d me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar dhe me 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cProdhimi, mbajtja, blerja apo shitja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMosbindja ndaj urdhrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb evidentuar nga 1 rast i veprave penale \u201cP\u00ebrndjekja\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; \u201cShfryt\u00ebzimi i prostitucionit\u201d dhe \u201cMbajtja e lokaleve p\u00ebr prostitucion\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar dhe \u201cFyerja\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cKorrupsioni aktiv i personave q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb funksione publike\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar dhe 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Gjithashtu, jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cShp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs\u201d, me 4 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cVet\u00ebgjyq\u00ebsia\u201d, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 4 raste t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar dhe me 3 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 12 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb veprave penale \u201cOrganizimi ose ushtrimi i veprimtarive t\u00eb loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin\u201d dhe \u201cV\u00ebnia n\u00eb dispozicion e lokaleve p\u00ebr loj\u00ebra t\u00eb palejuara\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, p\u00ebr lokalizimin dhe kapjen e t\u00eb cilit vijon puna nga ana e strukturave policore dhe me 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb evidentuar nj\u00eb rast i vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cPastrimi i produkteve t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale ose veprimtaris\u00eb kriminale\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar nga 1 rast i veprave penale \u201cD\u00ebmtimi i habitateve n\u00eb zonat e mbrojtura mjedisore\u201d dhe \u201cPrerja e drur\u00ebve dekorativ\u00eb dhe frutor\u00eb\u201d, me 2 shtetas n\u00eb total, t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e vjedhjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs jan\u00eb evidentuar n\u00eb total 7 raste, prej k\u00ebtyre 3 raste jan\u00eb me autor\u00eb t\u00eb paidentifikuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vijon puna nga ana e strukturave policore, 1 rast ka mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa 3 rastet e tjera rezultojn\u00eb me 3 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Gjithashtu jan\u00eb evidentuar 4 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cVjedhja e energjis\u00eb elektrike\u201d, me 4 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar gjithashtu, 4 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cFshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave\u201d, me 4 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, nj\u00ebri prej tyre i bashk\u00ebshoq\u00ebruar me vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMosl\u00ebshimi i kuponit tatimor\u201d. \u00cbsht\u00eb evidentuar gjithashtu nga 1 rast i veprve penale \u201cMospagimi i taksave dhe tatimeve\u201d dhe \u201cShkelja e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb autorit\u201d me 2 shtetas n\u00eb total, t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb veprave penale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e falsifikimit t\u00eb dokumenteve t\u00eb ndryshme, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar dhe me 1 shtetas tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 5 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cTregtimi dhe transportimi i mallrave q\u00eb jan\u00eb kontraband\u00eb\u201d, me 5 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cNd\u00ebrtimi i paligjsh\u00ebm\u201d, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cKalimi i paligjsh\u00ebm i kufirit shtet\u00ebror\u201d, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin kan\u00eb ndodhur 7 aksidente, si pasoj\u00eb e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve 10 shtetas t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar pa rrezik p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn dhe 1 prej aksidenteve sh\u00ebnon vet\u00ebm d\u00ebme materiale. Jan\u00eb evidentuar n\u00eb total 14 raste t\u00eb veprave penale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e qarkullimit rrugor, me 8 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar dhe 7 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Policia Rrugore k\u00ebshillon drejtuesit e automjeteve q\u00eb gjat\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes t\u00eb moderojn\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrdorin celularin, t\u00eb vendosin rripin e sigurimit, si dhe t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb rregullat e qarkullimit.<\/p>\n
