Tiran\u00eb – Zbardhet nga Komisariati i Policis\u00eb Nr. 1, tentativa p\u00ebr djegien e automjetit n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb UKT-s\u00eb n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Finalizohet operacioni policor i koduar “Oktan”. Vihet n\u00eb pranga nj\u00eb 28-vje\u00e7ar.\u00a0 Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 1, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr goditjen e paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb, pas nj\u00eb pune t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb hetimore disaditore, organizuan dhe finalizuan me sukses operacionin policor t\u00eb koduar “Oktan”. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij operacioni u b\u00eb kapja dhe ndalimi i shtetasit E. J., 28 vje\u00e7, p\u00ebr veprat penale “Shkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs me zjarr”, “Prodhimi, mbajtja, blerja apo shitja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta” dhe “Prodhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb gjuetis\u00eb dhe sportive”.\u00a0 Bazuar n\u00eb provat e grumbulluara nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 1 ka rezultuar se ky shtetas, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 25.03.2022, ka hedhur nj\u00eb shishe, t\u00eb dyshuar me l\u00ebnd\u00eb djeg\u00ebse, posht\u00eb nj\u00eb automjeti n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb UKT-s\u00eb n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik dhe t\u00eb banes\u00ebs s\u00eb shtetasit E. J., sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb gjet\u00ebn dhe sekuestruan n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale nj\u00eb mjet prer\u00ebs (thik\u00eb), veshje q\u00eb dyshohet se jan\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur gjat\u00eb kryerjes s\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale, nj\u00eb shishe plastike e mbushur me benzin\u00eb, nj\u00eb pushk\u00eb sportive (detare), nj\u00eb bi\u00e7iklet\u00eb dhe dy aparate celulare. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme procedurale.<\/p>\n

Gjirokast\u00ebr – Vijon puna p\u00ebr kapjen e personave t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim.Kapet dhe vihet n\u00eb pranga nj\u00eb shtetas i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr veprat penale “Vrasja me dashje” e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb dhe “Prodhim, mbajtje, blerje apo shitje pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta”.Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Forc\u00ebn e Posa\u00e7me Shqiponja, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr kapjen dhe v\u00ebnien para p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb ligjore t\u00eb personave t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur kapjen e shtetasit M. Xh., 27 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr veprat penale “Vrasja me dashje” e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb dhe “Prodhim, mbajtje, blerje apo shitje pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta”.Ky shtetas \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nga Komisariati Nr. 1 Tiran\u00eb, pasi n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 27.03.2022, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb rrethrrotullimit t\u00eb Saukut, Tiran\u00eb, s\u00eb bashku me 3 shtetas t\u00eb tjer\u00eb (t\u00eb arrestuar m\u00eb par\u00eb) jan\u00eb konfliktuar me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin dhe si pasoj\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar me mjete t\u00eb forta dy prej k\u00ebtyre shtetasve.Pas shenj\u00ebs p\u00ebr ndalim nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb, n\u00eb aksin nacional Gjirokast\u00ebr-Tepelen\u00eb, n\u00eb dy pikat e kontrollit, shtetasi M. Xh. nuk e ka ndaluar automjetin e tij dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar me shpejt\u00ebsi.Menj\u00ebher\u00eb i jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb ndjekje sh\u00ebrbimet e Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me Shqiponja dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat pas disa minutash b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur kapjen e tij. Shtetasit M. Xh. iu dor\u00ebzua sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Komisariatit Nr. 1 Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr kryerjen e veprimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme procedurale.<\/p>\n

Policia Kufitare – Kontrolle t\u00eb shtuara p\u00ebr parandalimin, evidentimin dhe goditjen e paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb. Si rezultat i kontrolleve goditen 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMosdeklarimi i t\u00eb hollave n\u00eb kufi\u201d dhe 1 rast i vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cKontrabanda me mallra p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat paguhet akciz\u00eb\u201d.N\u00eb Kakavije dhe Morin\u00eb sekuestrohen 61.150 euro, procedohen penalisht 2 shtetasit q\u00eb nuk i deklaruan n\u00eb kufi. N\u00eb portin e Vlor\u00ebs sekuestrohen dhjet\u00ebra steka me cigare pa pull\u00eb fiskale, arrestohet n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb poseduesi i tyre.N\u00eb Morin\u00eb, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Kufitare, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me autoritetet doganore, si rezultat i kontrolleve me p\u00ebrzgjedhje, bazuar n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e riskut, n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb RSH-s\u00eb, kan\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, p\u00ebr kontroll m\u00eb t\u00eb imt\u00ebsish\u00ebm, automjetin tip “Volkswagen”, me drejtues shtetasin E. S. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb \u00e7ant\u00ebn e tij, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb gjet\u00ebn dhe sekuestruan 21.350 euro, t\u00eb cilat ky shtetas nuk i kishte deklaruar. N\u00eb Kakavije, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Kufitare, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me autoritetet doganore, si rezultat i shtimit t\u00eb kontrolleve me q\u00ebllim parandalimin dhe goditjen e paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e riskut, n\u00eb dalje t\u00eb RSH-s\u00eb, kan\u00eb kaluar p\u00ebr kontroll m\u00eb\u00a0 t\u00eb detajuar n\u00eb vij\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, shtetasin K. Q., 49 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Berat dhe rezident n\u00eb Greqi, i cili udh\u00ebtonte si pasagjer n\u00eb nj\u00eb automjet. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Kufitare, n\u00eb \u00e7ant\u00ebn e 49-vje\u00e7arit jan\u00eb gjetur dhe sekuestruar 39.800 euro, t\u00eb cilat ky shtetas nuk i kishte deklaruar. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve hetimore t\u00eb kryera nga specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit Ekonomik e Financiar n\u00eb DVP Kuk\u00ebs dhe DVP Gjirokast\u00ebr u proceduan penalisht shtetasit E. S. dhe K. Q., p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Mosdeklarimi i t\u00eb hollave dhe sendeve me vler\u00eb n\u00eb kufi\u201d.N\u00eb portin e Vlor\u00ebs, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Kufitare, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit Ekonomiko-Financiar n\u00eb DVP Vlor\u00eb dhe me autoritetet doganore, arestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Kontrabanda me mallra p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat paguhet akciz\u00eb ose me detyrim t\u00eb plot\u00eb ose t\u00eb pjessh\u00ebm nga detyrimet doganore ose t\u00eb akciz\u00ebs”, shtetasin A. S., 55 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Gerces, Republika e Maqedonis\u00eb s\u00eb Veriut.Ky shtetas \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb pasi, gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb automjetin e mark\u00ebs \u201cMercedes Benz\u201d, q\u00eb drejtohej nga ky shtetas, n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e brendshme t\u00eb kabin\u00ebs, jan\u00eb gjetur t\u00eb fshehura dhjet\u00ebra steka me cigare pa pull\u00eb fiskale, t\u00eb cilat 55-vje\u00e7ari nuk i kishte deklaruar tek autoritetet doganore. Policia Kufitare do t\u00eb intensifikoj\u00eb kontrollet, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me autoritetet doganore, me q\u00ebllim goditjen e \u00e7do paligjshm\u00ebrie.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 158 shtetas, konkretisht: 6 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 25 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 118 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe jan\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim 9 shtetas, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 9 raste, me 4 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 16 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve kund\u00ebr personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 20 raste: 1 rast i vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cVrasja me dashje\u201d, e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar; 5 raste t\u00eb \u201cKanosja\u201d, me 5 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim dhe 3 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 6 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, me 7 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; nga 1 rast p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cGoditja p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs\u201d, \u201cFyerja\u201d dhe \u201cP\u00ebrndjekja\u201d, me nga 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Gjithashtu jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale “Heqja e paligjshme e liris\u00eb”, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKeqtrajtimi i t\u00eb miturit\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Gjithashtu jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cNd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb padrejta n\u00eb jet\u00ebn private\u201d, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cProdhimi, mbajtja, blerja apo shitja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i arm\u00ebve, arm\u00ebve shp\u00ebrthyese dhe i municionit\u201d jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim dhe 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Vijon puna nga ana e strukturave policore, p\u00ebr kapjen e shtetasve t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cPastrimi i produkteve t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale ose veprimtaris\u00eb kriminale\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMosbindja ndaj urdhrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 2 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Gjithashtu \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, i vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMbajtja pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e uniform\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cVet\u00ebgjyq\u00ebsia\u201d, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 7 raste t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar dhe 2 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 13 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVeprime n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me vendimin e gjykat\u00ebs\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cOrganizimi ose ushtrimi i veprimtarive t\u00eb loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin\u201d, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cShkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs\u201d (me zjarr, nga pakujdesia), me 2 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. 1 prej k\u00ebtyre rasteve rezulton me autor\u00eb t\u00eb paidentifikuar, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb tij po punohet intensivisht nga ana e strukturave policore. Jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cPrerja e paligjshme e pyjeve\u201d,me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar. Gjithashtu, jan\u00eb evidentuar nga 1 rast p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cPushtimi i tok\u00ebs\u201d dhe \u201cShp\u00ebrdorimi i tok\u00ebs\u201d, me nga 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cNdotja e ajrit, e uj\u00ebrave dhe e tok\u00ebs\u201d, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e vjedhjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs jan\u00eb evidentuar n\u00eb total 13 raste, prej k\u00ebtyre 2 raste jan\u00eb me autor\u00eb t\u00eb paidentifikuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt vijon puna nga ana e strukturave policore; 1 rast, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb i vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cVjedhja duke shp\u00ebrdoruar detyr\u00ebn\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa 10 rastet e tjera rezultojn\u00eb me 5 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, me 2 t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim dhe 2 shtetas t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb ndaluar.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVjedhja e energjis\u00eb elektrike\u201d jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMashtrimi\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, si dhe 2 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Jan\u00eb evidentuar gjithashtu, 12 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cFshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave\u201d, me 11 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim. Jan\u00eb evidentuar 4 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMospagimi i taksave dhe tatimeve\u201d, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cFalsifikimi i dokumenteve\u201d, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 7 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cNd\u00ebrtimi i paligjsh\u00ebm\u201d, me 8 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 4 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cKalimi i kufirit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb paligjshme, me 14 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cNdihma p\u00ebr kalimin e paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufijve\u201d, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim. Vijon puna nga ana e strukturave policore, p\u00ebr kapjen e shtetasve t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMosdeklarimi n\u00eb kufi i t\u00eb hollave dhe i sendeve me vler\u00eb\u201d, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 1 shtetas tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar. Gjithashtu jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cTrafikimi i mjeteve motorike\u201d, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin kan\u00eb ndodhur 5 aksidente, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar 1 viktim\u00eb dhe 9 shtetas t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar. Jan\u00eb evidentuar n\u00eb total 10 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cDrejtimi i automjeteve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt\u201d, me 9 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar dhe 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n
