Durr\u00ebs – Finalizohet operacioni policor i koduar “Antwerp”.Operacioni, i zhvilluar nga Seksioni Operacional n\u00eb DVP Durr\u00ebs, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Interpol Tirana. Kapet dhe vihet n\u00eb pranga nj\u00eb shtetas i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, pasi ishte i d\u00ebnuar me 5 vjet burg.\u00a0 Specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit Operacional n\u00eb DVP Durr\u00ebs, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr kapjen dhe v\u00ebnien para p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb penale t\u00eb personave q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb veprimtari kriminale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve dhe trafiqeve, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Interpol Tirana, kan\u00eb organizuar dhe finalizuar operacionin policor t\u00eb koduar “Antwerp”. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij operacioni u b\u00eb kapja dhe arrestimi i shtetasit M. B., 27 vje\u00e7.Ky shtetas ishte shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, pasi Gjykata e Apelit Antwerp, Belgjik\u00eb, e ka d\u00ebnuar me 5 vjet burg, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cPjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb organizat\u00eb kriminale\u201d dhe \u201cTrafik i paligjsh\u00ebm i substancave narkotike dhe psikotrope\u201d, t\u00eb parashikuara nga Kodi Penal belg. Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Durr\u00ebs, me vendimin e dat\u00ebs 08.01.2022, i ka caktuar k\u00ebtij shtetasi mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cArrest n\u00eb burg\u201d, n\u00eb munges\u00eb, n\u00eb njohje t\u00eb vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit Antwerp, Belgjik\u00eb, vendim i cili do t\u00eb ekzekutohet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

Tepelen\u00eb- Specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur kapjen dhe ndalimin e shtetasit t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim D. K., 42 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Buz, Memaliaj. Ndalimi i k\u00ebtij shtetasi u b\u00eb pasi Prokuroria pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr ka l\u00ebshuar urdh\u00ebr ndalimi, sepse nga t\u00ebr\u00ebsia e veprimeve hetimore rezultoi se shtetasi D. K. ka kryer marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie seksuale me nj\u00eb shtetase 32 vje\u00e7e, me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara.Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie seksuale me persona t\u00eb pazot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u mbrojtur”. Specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr, p\u00ebr shtetasit M. K., 39 vje\u00e7 dhe B. T., 34 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Lazarat, Gjirokast\u00ebr,\u00a0 pasi p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, jan\u00eb konfliktuar dhe kan\u00eb goditur nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, me sende t\u00eb forta. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Stacionit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Memaliaj referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Gjiroksat\u00ebr, p\u00ebr shtetasin P. K., 32 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Memaliaj, pasi n\u00eb fshatin Vasjar, pran\u00eb rrug\u00ebs nacionale, \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nivelim t\u00eb pron\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, me materiale inerte, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me destinacionin ligjor t\u00eb paracaktuar, duke ndryshuar k\u00ebshtu regjimin juridik t\u00eb tok\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Puk\u00eb – M\u00eb 28.03.2022, \u00ebsht\u00eb vjedhur nj\u00eb shum\u00eb parash n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e shtetasit P. K., 84 vje\u00e7, n\u00eb fshatin Katund, Nj\u00ebsia Administrative Qel\u00ebz, Puk\u00eb. Punohet p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e autorit\/\u00ebve. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs Par\u00eb Puk\u00eb.<\/p>\n

DVP Vlor\u00eb – Vihen n\u00eb pranga 2 shtetas dhe procedohen penalisht 3 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.\u00a0\u00a0 Specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Delvin\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb kapjen dhe ndalimin e shtetasit n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim Angjelo Hamiti, 31 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Delvin\u00eb, pasi Gjykata e Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Sarand\u00eb e ka d\u00ebnuar me 10 muaj burgim, p\u00ebr veprat penale ”Goditja e arbitrit t\u00eb ndeshjes” dhe \u201cShkaktimi i nd\u00ebrprerjes s\u00eb ndeshjes\u201d. Ky shtetas, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 19.12.2020, gjat\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb ndeshjeje, ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e loj\u00ebs dhe ka goditur me sende t\u00eb forta arbitrin e ndeshjes, shtetasin E. P., duke shkaktuar k\u00ebshtu nd\u00ebrprerjen e ndeshjes.Specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Drejtimi i automjeteve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt”, shtetasin B. \u00c7., 25 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Xibrak\u00eb, Elbasan, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb kapur nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb, duke drejtuar motomjetin, pa leje drejtimi.\u00a0 Specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb proceduan penalisht p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Vjedhja”, shtetasen K. E., 34 vje\u00e7e, banuese n\u00eb lagjen \u201cPartizani\u201d, pasi dyshohet se ka vjedhur nj\u00eb var\u00ebse floriri n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e shtetasit A. A. Gjithashtu, nga veprimet hetimore dyshohet se m\u00eb dat\u00eb 28.03.2022, ka vjedhur n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e shtetasit F. N., nj\u00eb portofol me nj\u00eb sasi parash dhe mjete identifikimi. Specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Himar\u00eb proceduan penalisht shtetasit K. K., 64 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Himar\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Pushtimi i tok\u00ebs”, pasi ka pushtuar nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe toke, n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb shtetases A. K., banuese n\u00eb Himar\u00eb dhe Th. M., 40 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Pilur, Himar\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Kanosja”, pasi ka kanosur p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, shtetasin Th. M., 59 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Pilur. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 98 shtetas, konkretisht: 5 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 13 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 70 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe jan\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim 10 shtetas, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 4 raste, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 2 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim dhe 2 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve kund\u00ebr personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 12 raste: 5 raste t\u00eb \u201cKanosja\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar dhe 4 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 1 rast i vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cPlagosja e r\u00ebnd\u00eb me dashje\u201d, me 3 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 1 rast i vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, me 2 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 5 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, me 9 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast i vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMarr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie seksuale ose homoseksuale me dhun\u00eb me t\u00eb mitur t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 14-18 vje\u00e7\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 1 rast i vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMarr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie seksuale ose homoseksuale me persona t\u00eb pazot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u mbrojtur\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cProdhimi, mbajtja, blerja apo shitja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 raste, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb ndaluar. P\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i arm\u00ebve, arm\u00ebve shp\u00ebrthyese dhe i municionit\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMosbindja ndaj urdhrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d, me 5 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Gjithashtu, \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMbajtja pa t\u00eb drejt\u00eb e uniform\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u00cbsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast i vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cVet\u00ebgjyq\u00ebsia\u201d, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb proceduar penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 7 raste t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje, me 1 shtetas t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 1 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, 1 tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar dhe 4 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 13 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes. \u00cbsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast I vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cMarrja e padrejt\u00eb e f\u00ebmij\u00ebs\u201d, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nj\u00eb shtetase.<\/p>\n
