Specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit Ekonomiko-Financiar referuan materialet proceduriale n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, p\u00ebr shtetasen M. K., 51 vje\u00e7e, banues n\u00eb Nart\u00eb-Vlor\u00eb, me detyr\u00eb administratore e Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb Administrative Qend\u00ebr Vlor\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale “Falsifikimi i dokumenteve” dhe “Shp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs”, sepse ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kall\u00ebzim shtetasi F. Th., banues n\u00eb Nart\u00eb-Vlor\u00eb, pasi dyshon se 51-vje\u00e7arja ka futur dokumente t\u00eb falsifikuara, n\u00eb dosjen e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n

Po nga k\u00ebto sh\u00ebrbime u proceduan penalisht p\u00ebr veprat penale “Fshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave” dhe “Mospagimi i taksave dhe tatimeve”, shtetasit: B. C., 47 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb lagjen \u201cPavar\u00ebsia\u201d, E. A., 38 vje\u00e7e, banuese n\u00eb lagjen \u201cIsa Boletini\u201d dhe B. Xh., 56 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb lagjen \u201c24 Maji\u201d, Vlor\u00eb, pasi ushtronin aktivitete tregtare n\u00eb subjekte t\u00eb paregjistruara n\u00eb organet tatimore dhe nuk kryenin deklarimet e t\u00eb ardhurave.<\/p>\n

Specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit n\u00eb Stacionin e Policis\u00eb Orikum proceduan penalisht p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Shkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs me zjarr”, shtetasit L. L., 40 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Radhim\u00eb, D. B., 47 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Tragjas, A. J., 41 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Dukat t\u00eb Ri, pasi kan\u00eb ndezur zjarre n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme dhe p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb jan\u00eb djegur bim\u00ebsi dhe shkurre.<\/p>\n
