Specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb kapjen dhe ndalimin e shtetasit Reshat Bendo 36 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, sepse Gjykata e Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, me vendimin e dat\u00ebs 17.06.2021, e ka d\u00ebnuar me 9 muaj burg, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVjedhja\u201d.<\/p>\n

Po nga specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb u arrestua n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Dhuna n\u00eb familje”, shtetasi R. R., 27 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, pasi ka goditur me mjet prer\u00ebs, gjyshin e tij, i cili ndodhet jasht\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit Ekonomiko-Financiar proceduan penalisht p\u00ebr veprat penale “Fshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave” dhe “Mospagimi i taksave dhe tatimeve”, shtetasin P. K., 61 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Orikum, Vlor\u00eb, pasi dyshohet se ushtronte aktivitetin si taksist, pa dokumentacionin p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs, duke fshehur t\u00eb ardhurat q\u00eb p\u00ebrfitonte nga ky aktivitet.<\/p>\n

Specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Sarand\u00eb proceduan penalisht shtetasit:<\/p>\n

– I. S., 41 vje\u00e7e, banuese n\u00eb Konispol, Sarand\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Nd\u00ebrtimi i paligjsh\u00ebm”, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar duke kryer punime, pa lejen e organeve kompetente;<\/p>\n

– L. H., 44 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Sarand\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Mosbindja ndaj urdhrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik”, pasi nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb bindur udhrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar automjetin;<\/p>\n

– A. L., 43 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb lagjen nr.2 Sarand\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Shkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs”, sepse ka thyer xhamin e automjetit n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb shtetases G. Q., banuese n\u00eb Delvin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb kan\u00eb referuar materialet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkalles s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, pasi m\u00eb dat\u00ebn 15.03.2022, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kall\u00ebzim shtetasja e mitur R. Sh., 16 vje\u00e7e, se e kan\u00eb kanosur me disa foto, n\u00eb rrjetet e saj sociale.<\/p>\n

Specialist\u00ebt e Hetimit t\u00eb Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cKanosja\u201d dhe \u201cP\u00ebrdorimi me keqdashje i thirrjeve telefonike\u201d, pasi ka b\u00ebr\u00eb kall\u00ebzim shtetasi S. Z., 37 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Resulaj, bashkia Selenic\u00eb, se n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme \u00ebsht\u00eb ofenduar dhe kanosur p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet telefonit, nga nj\u00eb person i panjohur.<\/p>\n
