Tiran\u00eb – Finalizohet me sukses operacioni policor i koduar \u201cElektroniks\u201d, p\u00ebr goditjen e veprimtaris\u00eb kriminale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e vjedhjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs dhe pasuris\u00eb. Operacioni i zhvilluar nga Komisariati i Policis\u00eb Nr. 3. Zbardhen dhe dokumentohen 5 raste t\u00eb vjedhjeve n\u00eb biznese t\u00eb ndryshme dhe qendra tregtare, vihet n\u00eb pranga autori i dyshuar. Sekuestrohen kat\u00ebr laptop\u00eb dhe veshje q\u00eb dyshohet se autori i p\u00ebrdorte p\u00ebr kryerjen e vjedhjeve. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 3, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr parandalimin e vjedhjeve, zbardhjen e atyre t\u00eb ndodhura m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe v\u00ebnien e autor\u00ebve para p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb ligjore, pas nj\u00eb pune t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb hetimore, organizuan dhe finalizuan me sukses operacionin \u201cElektroniks\u201d, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit u vu n\u00eb pranga shtetasi: A. H., 39 vje\u00e7, i d\u00ebnuar m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr vjedhje, dhe i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nga Komisariati i Policis\u00eb Nr. 3, po p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vep\u00ebr penale. Ky shtetas, n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme, dyshohet ka kryer vjedhje n\u00eb biznese n\u00eb zona t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Nga t\u00ebr\u00ebsia e veprimeve hetimore ka rezultuar se shtetasi A. H. \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i 5 rasteve t\u00eb vjedhjeve t\u00eb laptop\u00ebve n\u00eb biznese t\u00eb ndryshme, konkretisht: M\u00eb dat\u00eb 21.01.2022, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201dLuigj Gurakuqi\u201d, dyshohet se ka vjedhur nj\u00eb laptop n\u00eb nj\u00eb dyqan; M\u00eb dat\u00eb 24.01.2022, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201dLuigj Gurakuqi\u201d, dyshohet se ka vjedhur nj\u00eb laptop n\u00eb nj\u00eb dyqan; M\u00eb dat\u00eb 24.01.2022, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201dXhanfize Keko\u201d, dyshohet se ka vjedhur nj\u00eb laptop n\u00eb nj\u00eb dyqan;\u00a0 M\u00eb dat\u00eb 26.01.2022, dyshohet se ka vjedhur nj\u00eb laptop n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr tregtare; M\u00eb dat\u00eb 27.01.2022, n\u00eb Rrug\u00ebn e Durr\u00ebsit, dyshohet se ka vjedhur nj\u00eb laptop n\u00eb nj\u00eb dyqan. N\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale jan\u00eb sekuestruar kat\u00ebr laptop\u00eb dhe veshje q\u00eb dyshohet se autori i p\u00ebrdorte p\u00ebr kryerjen e vjedhjeve. Vijon puna p\u00ebr dokumentimin e vjedhjeve t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb kryer nga ky shtetas. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme procedurale.<\/p>\n

Sarand\u00eb – Finalizohet me sukses operacioni policor i koduar “Gjashta”, p\u00ebr goditjen e veprimtaris\u00eb kriminale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve. Operacioni nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Sarand\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Drejtorin\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. Arrestohet n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 1 shtetas q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndante l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike cannabis sativa n\u00eb doza t\u00eb vogla. Sekuestrohen 3 kilogram\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike cannabis sativa, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e saj e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb doza,\u00a0 8.100 euro,\u00a0 350.000 lek\u00eb t\u00eb rinj,\u00a0 nj\u00eb automjet dhe nj\u00eb aparat celular. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Sarand\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb informacionet e grumbulluara n\u00eb rrug\u00eb operative p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtetas q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndante l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb fshatin Gjasht\u00eb dhe n\u00eb qytetin e Sarand\u00ebs, kan\u00eb organizuar pun\u00ebn dhe n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Drejtorin\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, kan\u00eb finalizuar operacionin policor t\u00eb koduar \u201cGjashta”. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij operacioni u b\u00eb kapja dhe arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit A. H., 29 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Gjasht\u00eb, Sarand\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik ndaj shtetasit A. H. dhe kontrollit fizik n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij,\u00a0 sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb gjet\u00ebn dhe sekuestruan n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale 3 kilogram\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike t\u00eb\u00a0 dyshuar cannabis sativa, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e saj e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb doza gati p\u00ebr shitje, 8.100 euro, 350.000 lek\u00eb t\u00eb rinj,\u00a0 nj\u00eb automjet dhe nj\u00eb aparat celular. Materialet do t\u2019i kalojn\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Sarand\u00eb,\u00a0 p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike”.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 59 shtetas, konkretisht: 6 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 19 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 34 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb ndaluar 5 shtetas, pasi ishin shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 11 raste, me 4 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 7 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve kund\u00ebr personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje jan\u00eb evidentuar 5 raste, me 5 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 5 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Fier \u00ebsht\u00eb proceduar penalisht 1 shtetas p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cPrerja e paligjshme\u00a0 pyjeve\u201d dhe jan\u00eb arrestuar 2 t\u00eb tjet\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cOrganizimi i lotarive t\u00eb palejuara\u201d.<\/p>\n
