Gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb automjetin tip “Benz” me drejtues shtetasin V. P. (J)., iu gjet sasi l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike kokain\u00eb e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb 35 doza gati p\u00ebr shitje, t\u00eb cilat u sekuestruan n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale s\u00eb bashku me automjetin dhe 1 celular. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve, specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Narkotik\u00ebve n\u00eb DVP Fier b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb drejtuesit t\u00eb mjetit, shtetasit V. P. (J)., 36 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Kuman, Roskovec. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Fier, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cProdhimi dhe shitja e narkotik\u00ebve\u201d.<\/p>\n

Tiran\u00eb – Vihen n\u00eb pranga 6 shtetas, 2 prej tyre t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, dhe procedohen penalisht 2 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale. Specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 1 b\u00ebn\u00eb ndalimin me iniciativ\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasve: E. N., 25 vje\u00e7, i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Vjedhja” e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb, pasi ka tentuar t\u00eb vjedh\u00eb nj\u00eb aparat celular n\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr tregtare; A. D., 26 vje\u00e7, pasi ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike dhe psikologjike ndaj prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb tij. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 3 b\u00ebn\u00eb ndalimin me iniciativ\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim L. Sh., 31 vje\u00e7, pasi dyshohet se ka vjedhur nj\u00eb aparat celular n\u00eb dyqanin e shtetasit L. B. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 4 b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit L. M., 36 vje\u00e7, pasi ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike ndaj bashk\u00ebshortes. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 6 b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit L. Ll., 49 vje\u00e7, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Vjedhja” dhe proceduan penalisht shtetasin A. D., 33 vje\u00e7, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “P\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimi i parave ose mallrave q\u00eb rrjedhin nga vepra penale ose veprimtaria kriminale”, pasi shtetasi L. Ll. ka vjedhur nj\u00eb bi\u00e7iklet\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn m\u00eb pas e ka bler\u00eb shtetasi A. D., dhe nuk e ka deklaruar. Specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit M. K., 47 vje\u00e7, pasi u kap duke drejtuar mjetin, n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 6 proceduan penalisht shtetasin I. D., 54 vje\u00e7, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Plagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje”, pasi ka goditur me grushte shtetasin Xh. K. Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n

Elbasan – M\u00eb dat\u00eb 01.02.2022, rreth or\u00ebs 09:10, n\u00eb aksin rrugor Elbasan-Librazhd, automjeti tip “Ford”, me drejtues shtetasin S. GJ., 32 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Floq, Librazhd, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrplasur me mjetin tip “Benz”, i cili ka dal\u00eb nga rruga dhe ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb lumin Shkumbin. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb, pas njoftimit t\u00eb marr\u00eb, kan\u00eb shkuar menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb vendngjarje, bashk\u00eb me sh\u00ebrbimet e zjarrfik\u00ebses. Si pasoj\u00eb e aksidentit jan\u00eb plagosur r\u00ebnd\u00eb shtetasit A. H., rreth 20 vje\u00e7e dhe E. K., rreth 10 vje\u00e7, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb transportuar menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb spital, p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore. Pas nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb zjarrfik\u00ebsve dhe t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb, n\u00eb kushte shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira, pas disa or\u00ebsh u b\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb t\u00eb nxirren pa jet\u00eb nga mjeti q\u00eb kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb lumit, shtetasit E. K., 52 vje\u00e7, E. K., 34 vje\u00e7e dhe E. S., 18 vje\u00e7. Grupi hetimor, n\u00ebn drejtimin e Prokuroris\u00eb, po punon p\u00ebr dokumentimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjes dhe p\u00ebrcaktimin e shkakut t\u00eb aksidentit.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 79 shtetas, konkretisht: 7 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 14 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 58 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb ndaluar 5 shtetas, pasi ishin shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 7 raste, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 6 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve kund\u00ebr personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 8 raste: 4 raste t\u00eb \u201cKanosja\u201d, 2 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 2 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb; 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb; 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste, me 2 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb\/ndaluar dhe 3 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 6 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n
