A., 32 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Bu\u00e7imas, Pogradec, pasi n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn &#8220;Rinia&#8221; n\u00eb Pogradec, ky shtetas u kap duke drejtuar pa leje drejtimi mjetin motor tip &#8220;Lon\u00e7in&#8221; pa targ\u00eb\u00a0dhe gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik iu gjet n\u00eb xhep nj\u00eb sasi e vog\u00ebl me l\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar narkotike Cannabis Sativa, e cila iu sekuestrua n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale. Gjithashtu specialist\u00ebt e Sektorit p\u00ebr Policin\u00eb Rrugore n\u00eb DVP Kor\u00e7\u00eb, b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit A. H., 30 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Pogradec, pasi n\u00eb Pogradec, ky shtetas u kap duke drejtuar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur, mjetin tip &#8220;BM\u00cb&#8221;. Me marrjen e njoftimit jan\u00eb organizuar sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb ngritur pik\u00eb kontrolli n\u00eb aksin rrugor Prrenjas-Pogradec. Drejtuesi i mjetit tip &#8220;Audi&#8221;, kur ka konstatuar\u00a0 sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb, p\u00ebrs\u00ebri nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb bindur urdh\u00ebrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar, por ka vijuar l\u00ebvizjen me shpejt\u00ebsi duke aksidentuar punonj\u00ebsin e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Patrull\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme, shtetasin S. H., i cili ndodhet jasht\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn. N\u00eb ndjekje t\u00eb automjetit jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb\u00a0 sh\u00ebrbimet e tjera t\u00eb Policis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb qytetin e Librazhdit \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb i mundur ndalimi i tij. Ky shtetas me 28.06.2021, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikti t\u00eb \u00e7astit ka goditur me thik\u00eb shtetasin G. N. Nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb u b\u00eb kapja e shtetasit S. B., 48 vje\u00e7, pasi m\u00eb dat\u00eb 20.08.2021, \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nga DVP Elbasan, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cFshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave\u201d dhe \u201cShkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs\u201d. 48-vje\u00e7ari, iu dor\u00ebzua sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb DVP Elbasan, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme. Specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasve: A. M., 24 vje\u00e7, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje me mjetin me drejtues A. Q., 29 vje\u00e7. P\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar A. Q, i cili ndodhet n\u00eb spital, n\u00ebn kujdesin e mjek\u00ebve; A. R., 25 vje\u00e7 dhe A. L., 35 vje\u00e7, pasi u kap\u00ebn duke drejtuar mjetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur; V. G., 40 vje\u00e7, pasi dit\u00ebn e djeshme ka aksidentuar k\u00ebmb\u00ebsoren shtetasen D. H., 66 vje\u00e7e, e cila si pasoj\u00eb e plag\u00ebve t\u00eb marra ka humbur jet\u00ebn n\u00eb spital. M\u00eb dat\u00eb 20.09.2021, u referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr shtetasin me iniciale A. A., 20 vje\u00e7, pasi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme ka p\u00ebrndjekur dhe ka nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn private t\u00eb nj\u00eb shtetase. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 78 shtetas, konkretisht: 3 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 44 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 31 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 8 raste, me 8 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 1 autor q\u00eb po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 7 raste: 4 raste t\u00eb \u201cKanosja\u201d, 2 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr; 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs dhe 1 n\u00eb Fier; 1 rast i \u00a0\u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje jan\u00eb evidentuar 8 raste, 1 n\u00eb Berat, 1 n\u00eb Fier dhe 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb; 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 9 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb proceduar penalisht 1 shtetas, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cShp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs\u201d dhe \u201cFalsifikimi i dokumenteve shkollore\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 2 shtetas, p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb viktim\u00eb dhe 10 persona t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar q\u00eb ndodhen jasht\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 7 drejtues
