N\u00eb pranga dhe 1 shtetas p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale Kultivimi i bim\u00ebve narkotike\u201c. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe kontrolleve t\u00eb shtuara p\u00ebr nd\u00ebshkimin e atyre personave q\u00eb tentojn\u00eb\u00a0 t\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb aktivitetin e kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit, u konstatua se n\u00eb lagjen \u201cQeriba Derri\u201d, Vlor\u00eb\u00a0 n\u00eb lokalin e administruar nga shtetasi S. B., u gjet\u00ebn dhe u sekuestruan 2 pajisje elektronike ku dyshohej se ushtronte aktivitetin e kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit, duke fshehur t\u00eb ardhurat me q\u00ebllim mosdeklarimin e tyre. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve hetimore specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomiko Financiare proceduan penalisht n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb shtetasit S. B., 35 vje\u00e7 dhe S. D., 22 vje\u00e7 ( i pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb lokal), p\u00ebr veprat penale &#8220;Organizim i lotarive t\u00eb palejuara&#8221; dhe \u201cFshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave\u201d. Gjithashtu nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb u procedua n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale &#8220;Organizim i lotarive t\u00eb palejuara&#8221;, shtetasi E. M., 30 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, pasi gjat\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb ambientet e nj\u00eb lokali, n\u00eb lagjen \u201cIsa Boletini\u201d, n\u00eb tavolin\u00ebn ku q\u00ebndronte ky shtetas u gjet dhe u sekuestrua 1 pajisje elektronike ku dyshohej se ushtronte aktivitetin e kund\u00ebrligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Stacionin e Policis\u00eb Himar\u00eb, arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasin M. M., banues n\u00eb Borsh, Himar\u00eb, pasi gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb stanit t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb vendin e quajtur Mastrogun\u00eb, Borsh, u gjet\u00ebn t\u00eb kultivuara fidan t\u00eb dyshuar cannabis sativa. Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lushnj\u00eb &#8211; Bashk\u00ebpunimi me qytetar\u00ebt parandalon vjedhjen e nj\u00eb automjeti n\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb. Tentoi t\u00eb vidhte automjetin e nj\u00eb shtetasi, por fal\u00eb reagimit n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb arrestohet n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb autori, me precedent penal n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e vjedhjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs. Sekuestrohen n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale automjeti q\u00eb tentoi t\u00eb vidhte autori dhe veglat me t\u00eb cilat ai tentoi t\u00eb kryente vjedhjen. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve hetimore, Policia zbardhi dhe nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb vjedhjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr automjeti n\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb, po nga ky shtetas. Gjat\u00eb mesnat\u00ebs, pas telefonat\u00ebs s\u00eb ardhur n\u00eb Sall\u00ebn Operative se n\u00eb lagjen &#8220;Gafurr Mu\u00e7o\u201d, Lushnj\u00eb, po vidhej nj\u00eb automjet, menj\u00ebher\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb kan\u00eb organizuar pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr parandalimin e ngjarjes dhe kapjen e autorit. Fal\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb mirorganizuar, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur kapjen n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb autorit q\u00eb po tentonte t\u00eb vidhte automjetin tip &#8220;Benz&#8221; n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb shtetasit E. Rr. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve, specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit E. Sh., 28 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, (i d\u00ebnuar m\u00eb par\u00eb p\u00ebr vjedhje). Ky shtetas \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i dyshuar edhe i vjedhjes s\u00eb automjetit tip &#8220;Ford&#8221; n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb shtetasit G. A., ngjarje e ndodhur n\u00eb dat\u00eb 08.09.2021 n\u00eb fshatin Lumth, Lushnj\u00eb. Vijon puna p\u00ebr dokumentimin e vjedhjeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb kryera nga ky shtetas. Materialet procedurale do i kalojn\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVjedhje\u201d e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjirokast\u00ebr &#8211; Kryente manovra t\u00eb rrezikshme n\u00eb rrug\u00eb me automjetin q\u00eb e drejtonte n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur, si dhe nuk iu bind urdhrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar, vihet n\u00eb pranga 44-vje\u00e7ari. Specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit t\u00eb Trafikut Interurban dhe Urban arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasin J. H., 44 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr. Shtetasi J. H. n\u00eb lagjen &#8220;Granic\u00eb&#8221;, Gjirokast\u00ebr, duket drejtuar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur automjetin tip &#8220;Benz&#8221; kryente manovra t\u00eb rrezikshme n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, gjithashtu nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb bindur urdhrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar. Materialet n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb shtetasit J. H. i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb Pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qarku Kor\u00e7\u00eb &#8211; Vijojn\u00eb goditjet e nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit &#8220;Perimetri&#8221;. U kap duke transportuar 5 emigrant\u00eb t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm dhe nuk iu bind urdhrit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar, vihet n\u00eb pranga 1 shtetas. \u00a0Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Pogradec, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me strukturat p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb DVP Kor\u00e7\u00eb dhe Policin\u00eb Kufitare n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb operacionit t\u00eb koduar &#8220;Perimetri&#8221;, kan\u00eb goditur nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr rast t\u00eb aktivitetit kriminal t\u00eb dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb ndihm\u00ebs shtetasve t\u00eb huaj, p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufirit, kundrejt fitimit, si rezultat i t\u00eb cilit u b\u00eb kapja dhe arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit Q. Sh., 25 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Bulgarec, Kor\u00e7\u00eb. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb kan\u00eb konstatuar n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb fshatit G\u00ebshtenjas, Pogradec, shtetasin e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm i cili ishte duke l\u00ebvizur me mjetin tip &#8220;Volkswagen&#8221; dhe i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me shenj\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ndalonte. Drejtuesi i mjetit, nuk iu \u00ebsht\u00eb bindur urdhrit t\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar me shpejt\u00ebsi, por pas ndjekjes \u00ebsht\u00eb kapur dhe neutralizuar. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb mjet, u konstatuan 5 emigrant\u00eb t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve 25-vje\u00e7ari dyshohet se kundrejt shp\u00ebrblimit 300 euro iu kishte premtuar kalimin drejt vendeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Pogradec p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 86 shtetas, konkretisht: 3 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 24 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 60 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 10 raste, me 5 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 11 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 6 raste: 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cKanosja\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb; 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb; 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 7 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e vjedhjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs jan\u00eb evidentuar 8 raste, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Fier, ku autor\u00ebt jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 5 raste p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat po punohet p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e autor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit pa leje, 1 n\u00eb Elbasan dhe 2 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 3 shtetas, p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrim prone me zjarr, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Elbasan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cbsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast i \u201cMashtrimi\u201d, n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 4 raste t\u00eb \u201cOrganizimi i lotarive t\u00eb palejuara\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Berat dhe 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, ku autor\u00ebt jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, me 2 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb \u201cNdihma p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufijve\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, ku autor\u00ebt jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb Tiran\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb nj\u00eb shtetas, p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrim prone, dhe jan\u00eb proceduar Shkod\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb proceduar penalisht 1 shtetas, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVeprime n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 2 shtetas, p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufirit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin kan\u00eb ndodhur 9 raste aksidentesh, me 1 viktim\u00eb dhe 14 persona t\u00eb l\u00ebnduar q\u00eb ndodhen jasht\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 8 drejtues mjetesh, p\u00ebr drejtim mjeti n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 2 \u00a0drejtues mjetesh, p\u00ebr drejtim mjeti pa leje drejtimi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Policia Rrugore k\u00ebshillon drejtuesit e automjeteve q\u00eb gjat\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes t\u00eb moderojn\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrdorin celularin, t\u00eb vendosin rripin e sigurimit, si dhe t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb rregullat e qarkullimit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
