Si rezultat i kontrolleve kapet n\u00eb nj\u00eb lokal, nj\u00eb 48-vje\u00e7ar q\u00eb mbante arm\u00eb zjarri me vete. N\u00eb pranga dhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shtetas, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMoskall\u00ebzimi i krimit\u201d. Sekuestrohet nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri dhe municion luftarak. \u00a0Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Nr. 2, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb informacione se n\u00eb ambientet e nj\u00eb lokali n\u00eb lagjen \u201cAli Demi\u201d, ndodhej nj\u00eb shtetas i cili mbante arm\u00eb zjarri me vete, kan\u00eb organizuar pun\u00ebn dhe kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kapjen dhe arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit F. P., 48 vje\u00e7. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb tavolin\u00ebn ku po q\u00ebndronte ky shtetas, u gjet dhe u sekuestrua nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri dhe nj\u00eb kreh\u00ebr me 5 fishek\u00eb. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve u arrestua n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb edhe shtetasi B. Gj., 47 vje\u00e7, pasi kishte dijeni p\u00ebr arm\u00ebn, por nuk ka treguar.\u00a0 \u00a0Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cArm\u00ebmbajtja pa leje\u201d dhe \u201cMoskall\u00ebzimi i krimit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vlor\u00eb &#8211; Policia parandalon nj\u00eb ngjarje kriminale n\u00eb familje. Nd\u00ebrhyrja n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe me profesionaliz\u00ebm e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb parandaloi p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb ngjarjes. \u00a0Kanosi me mjet prer\u00ebs djalin e tij, vihet n\u00eb pranga 47-vje\u00e7ari. Sekuestrohet nj\u00eb mjet prer\u00ebs (thik\u00eb). Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, pas njoftimit se n\u00eb lagjen \u201cPavar\u00ebsia\u201d, n\u00eb ambientet e banes\u00ebs, shtetasi A. B. kishte ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike dhe po kanoste me mjet prer\u00ebs (thik\u00eb) djalin e tij, menj\u00ebher\u00eb kan\u00eb shkuar n\u00eb adres\u00ebn e dh\u00ebn\u00eb, duke parandaluar p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs dhe shoq\u00ebrimin e shtetasit A. B. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve, nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit A. B., 47 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. \u00a0Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDhuna n\u00eb familje\u201d. Po nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb u b\u00eb ndalimi i shtetasit A. B., 48 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb lagjen \u201cPartizani\u201d, pasi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike ndaj ish-bashk\u00ebjetueses s\u00eb tij. Specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasit: D. S., 66 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, pasi mbr\u00ebmjen e djeshme, dyshohet se ka humbur kontrollin e mjetit dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrplasur me nj\u00eb mjet tip \u201cKama\u201d. Si pasoj\u00eb e aksidentit jan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar drejtuesi i mjetit \u201cKama\u201d, shtetasi B. D., 54 vje\u00e7 dhe dy pasagjer\u00ebt, shtetasit G. D., 15 vje\u00e7 dhe R. D., 54 vje\u00e7e, e cila ndodhet e shtruar n\u00eb spital, jasht\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn; A. D., 46 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar duke drejtuar mjetin n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur. Materialet iu referuan prokuroris\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durr\u00ebs &#8211; Vihen n\u00eb prangat e Policis\u00eb 3 shtetas, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr parandalimin e p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimit t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje, arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasit: K. P., 59 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, pasi n\u00eb banes\u00eb ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike dhe psikologjike ndaj bashk\u00ebshortes s\u00eb tij; B. M., 25 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, pasi n\u00eb banes\u00eb ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike dhe psikologjike ndaj babait t\u00eb tij. Gjithashtu, nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs u arrestua n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasi M. Xh., 58 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, pasi u konstatua nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb, duke kryer punime pa leje n\u00eb tok\u00ebn n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb tij. \u00a0Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Durr\u00ebs, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 75 shtetas, konkretisht: 4 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 18 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 53 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb ndaluar 3 shtetas, pasi ishin shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 5 raste, me 3 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 3 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 7 raste: 4 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, 2 raste n\u00eb Fier, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe autor q\u00eb po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 2 n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e r\u00ebnd\u00eb me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje jan\u00eb evidentuar 12 raste, me 4 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 8 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 14 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e vjedhjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs jan\u00eb evidentuar 23 raste, 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autori \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 7 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe 14 raste p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat po punohet p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e autor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit pa leje jan\u00eb evidentuar 7 raste, 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, ku autori \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 3 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 7 raste t\u00eb \u201cShkat\u00ebrrim prone me zjarr\u201d, 3 n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, 2 n\u00eb Berat, 1 n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00cbsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast i \u201cTrafikimi i mjeteve motorike\u201d, n\u00eb \u00a0Tiran\u00eb, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 5 shtetas, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cFshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, 2 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb dhe 2 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb proceduar penalisht 1 shtetas, p\u00ebr \u201cDh\u00ebnia ndihm\u00eb p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufijve\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb\u00a0 Tiran\u00eb\u00a0 \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0 arrestuar 1 shtetas, p\u00ebr\u00a0 arm\u00ebmbajtje pa leje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb Durr\u00ebs jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 2 shtetas, p\u00ebr \u201cKund\u00ebrshtimi i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb\u201d dhe 1 shtetas, p\u00ebr \u201cMashtrimi\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: 1 shtetas, p\u00ebr shkat\u00ebrrim prone me zjarr.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 2 shtetas, p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufirit.<\/p>\n<p
