H., 32 vje\u00e7, pasi n\u00eb bulevardin \u2018Zhan Dark\u201d, duke drejtuar mjetin tip \u201cBenz\u201d, ka p\u00ebrplasur k\u00ebmb\u00ebsoren, shtetasen V. Sh., 55 vje\u00e7, e cila ndodhet n\u00eb spital, n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore. \u00a0M\u00eb dat\u00eb 22.07.2021, tek kthesa e Kamz\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikti p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb paqarta, dy persona ende t\u00eb paidentifikuar, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, kan\u00eb\u00a0 ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike ndaj shtetasit M. M., 31 vje\u00e7, i cili pasi ka marr\u00eb mjekim ka dal\u00eb nga spitali. Punohet p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e autor\u00ebve. J., n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn nacionale Velipoj\u00eb-Shkod\u00ebr, n\u00eb fshatin Berdic\u00eb. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimi t\u00eb veprimeve u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i 29-vje\u00e7arit dhe materialet iu referuan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Shkod\u00ebr, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar 113 penalisht shtetas, konkretisht: 5 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 25 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 79 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb ndaluar 5 shtetas, pasi ishin shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 7 raste, me 5 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 4 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 6 raste: 1 rast i \u201cKanosja\u201d, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb; 3 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, 2 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb; 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Elbasan dhe 1 n\u00eb Berat, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje jan\u00eb evidentuar 11 raste, 2 raste n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 1 autor q\u00eb po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 3 raste n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 3 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen \u00a0n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 2 raste n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ku autor\u00ebt jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb; 2 raste n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 2 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 1 n\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr, ku autori \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar dhe 1 n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.
