Nga Seksioni p\u00ebr Hetimin e Trafiqeve n\u00eb DVP Lezh\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me SH\u00c7BA-n\u00eb, pas informacioneve t\u00eb siguruara n\u00eb rrug\u00eb operative s\u00eb me nj\u00eb mjet autobus po transportoheshin emigrant\u00eb t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, n\u00eb vendin e quajtur &#8220;Rrethrrotullimi i M+&#8221; \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb lokalizimi dhe ndalimi i mjetit t\u00eb dyshuar. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb automjetin autobus me drejtues shtetasin Gj. L. dhe faturino shtetasin A. A., u konstatuan 10 emigrant\u00eb t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm nga vendet e treta, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po transportoheshin n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, kundrejt fitimit.\u00a0\u00a0 N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve, nga Seksioni p\u00ebr Hetimin e Trafiqeve n\u00eb DVP Lezh\u00eb u b\u00eb arrestimi i shtetasve: Gj. L., 54 vje\u00e7 dhe A. A., 31vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Kamz\u00eb, Tiran\u00eb. N\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale u sekuestruan automjeti, disa bileta udh\u00ebtimi dhe 2 aparate celular. Z. Nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs u arrestua n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasi E. B., 35 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, pasi ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike ndaj bashk\u00ebshortes s\u00eb tij. Sh\u00ebrbimet e policis\u00eb, kan\u00eb kapur pran\u00eb fshatit Grabovic\u00eb, Pogradec, shtetasin N. R., me mjetin tip furgon &#8220;Benz&#8221;, duke transportuar 22 emigrant\u00eb t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb cil\u00ebve kundrejt shp\u00ebrblimit, iu kishte premtuar kalimin drejt vendeve t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. \u00a0Nga veprimet e m\u00ebtejshme hetimore dyshohet se bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor me 41-vje\u00e7arin, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aktivitet kriminal, ishte edhe shtetasi F. Q., i cili u shpall n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim dhe po punohet p\u00ebr kapjen e tij. Materialet n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb tyre i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb t\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Kor\u00e7\u00eb p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tiran\u00eb &#8211; Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Narkotik\u00ebve kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit B. G., 25 vje\u00e7, pasi gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik t\u00eb ushtruar nga Forca e Posa\u00e7me \u201cShqiponjat\u201d i \u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur dhe sekuestruar n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale nj\u00eb sasi me l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike kokain\u00eb. Specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasve: G. L., 41 vje\u00e7, T. L., 37 vje\u00e7, M. Xh., 39 vje\u00e7 dhe A. Q., 56 vje\u00e7, pasi jan\u00eb kapur duke drejtuar mjetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur. M\u00eb dat\u00eb 16.06.2021, u referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr shtetasit F. K., 44 vje\u00e7 dhe B. I., 44 vje\u00e7, sepse m\u00eb dat\u00eb 15.06.2021, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cMyrteza K\u00eblli\u00e7i\u201d, p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim kan\u00eb goditur me grushta dhe kan\u00eb kanosur shtetasit E. H., 39 vje\u00e7 dhe L. H., 32 vje\u00e7. Materialet u referuan n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kor\u00e7\u00eb &#8211; Pas publikimit t\u00eb rastit n\u00eb emisionin investigativ \u201cFiks Fare\u201d, procedohet penalisht pronari i hotelit p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cNdihma p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufijve\u201d. Duke marr\u00eb shkas nga pamjet filmike t\u00eb transmetuara m\u00eb dat\u00eb 16.06.2021, n\u00eb emisionin \u201cFiks Fare\u201d, ku shfaqej pronari i nj\u00eb hoteli q\u00eb ndodhet n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb Pik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kalimit Kufitar Kapshtic\u00eb, duke i premtuar nj\u00eb qytetari se do ta ndihmonte p\u00ebr kalimin e nipit t\u00eb tij, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb shum\u00ebs 1200 euro, specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Narkotik\u00ebve dhe Trafiqeve t\u00eb Paligjshme n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb filluan procedimin penal n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb p\u00ebr shtetasin G. \u00c7., 44 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Bilisht, Devoll, pasi dyshohet se ka konsumuar element\u00eb t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cNdihma p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufijve\u201d. Materialet p\u00ebr hetime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 91 shtetas, konkretisht: 33 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 58 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 6 raste, me 4 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 4 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 4 raste: 1 rast i \u201cKanosja\u201d, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 3 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, 2 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste, n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs dhe 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb; 1 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 8 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e vjedhjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs jan\u00eb evidentuar 6 raste p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat po punohet p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e autor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit pa leje jan\u00eb evidentuar 12 raste, 5 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, 1 n\u00eb Elbasan, 3 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 2 n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 1 autor q\u00eb po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb \u201cMashtrimi\u201d, 2 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb \u201cVet\u00ebgjyq\u00ebsia\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Fier dhe 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 5 raste t\u00eb \u201cFshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave, 4 n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb \u201cNdihma p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufijve\u201d, 2 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 1 autor q\u00eb po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb;
