N\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb detyrave t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb planin e veprimit t\u00eb hartuar nga Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, p\u00ebr marrjen e masave me q\u00ebllim parandalimin, evidentimin dhe nd\u00ebshkimin e nd\u00ebrtimeve pa leje, sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Sarand\u00eb gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb territorit n\u00eb fshatin Cerkovic\u00eb, Finiq, kan\u00eb konstatuar nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb objekti pa leje. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve, nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Sarand\u00eb u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cNd\u00ebrtim i paligjsh\u00ebm&#8221;, i shtetasve: E. K., 65 vje\u00e7e, banuese n\u00eb Sarand\u00eb (pronarja e objektit); I. I., 60 vje\u00e7 dhe A. O., 62 vje\u00e7, t\u00eb dy banues n\u00eb Sarand\u00eb (pun\u00ebtor\u00eb). Arrestimi i k\u00ebtyre shtetasve u b\u00eb pasi n\u00eb fshatin Cerkovic\u00eb, Finiq, u kap\u00ebn n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb duke nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb objekt pa leje nga autoritetet kompentete, n\u00eb tok\u00eb publike. Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Sarand\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vlor\u00eb &#8211; Kontrolle t\u00eb befasishme n\u00eb disa ambiente, p\u00ebr kapjen e personave n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, atyre q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri dhe l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike. Kontrollet nga Forcat Speciale Renea, Forca e Posa\u00e7me Operacionale n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit dhe strukturat e DVP Vlor\u00eb. Gjat\u00eb kontrolleve \u00ebsht\u00eb sekuestruar nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri pistolet\u00eb dhe municion luftarak. Vihet n\u00eb pranga 41-vje\u00e7ari, poseduesi i arm\u00ebs. N\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb planit t\u00eb masave p\u00ebr kapjen e personave n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, t\u00eb atyre t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim si autor\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar t\u00eb ngjarjeve kriminale t\u00eb ndodhura m\u00eb par\u00eb, p\u00ebr kapjen e personave q\u00eb qarkullojn\u00eb me arm\u00eb zjarri apo l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike, Forcat Speciale Renea, Forca e Posa\u00e7me Operacionale n\u00eb DPPSH dhe DVP Vlor\u00eb, ushtruan kontrolle t\u00eb befasishme n\u00eb disa lokale dhe ambiente t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. Si rezultat i kontrolleve, n\u00eb lagjen \u201cUji i Ftoht\u00eb\u201d, n\u00eb ambientet e jashtme t\u00eb nj\u00eb lokali, gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik t\u00eb ushtruar ndaj shtetasit E. B., 41 vje\u00e7, u gjet dhe u bllokua n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri pistolet\u00eb, me nj\u00eb kreh\u00ebr me 5 fishek\u00eb, pa leje. N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i 41-vje\u00e7arit E. B., p\u00ebr veprat penale &#8220;Arm\u00ebmbajtja pa leje&#8221; dhe materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Vlor\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kruj\u00eb &#8211; Goditi p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs 2 punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb IEVP Fush\u00eb Kruj\u00eb, arrestohet n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 41-vje\u00e7ari q\u00eb vuante d\u00ebnimin alternativ \u201cQ\u00ebndrim n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi&#8221;. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Kruj\u00eb arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasin B. C., 41 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Fush\u00eb Kruj\u00eb. Ky shtetas ka thyer vendimin e Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Kruj\u00eb, e cila i ka caktuar d\u00ebnimin\u00a0 alternativ &#8220;Q\u00ebndrim n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi&#8221;, p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn e mbetur t\u00eb d\u00ebnimit p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale &#8220;Trafikimi i narkotik\u00ebve&#8221;, kryer n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim dhe n\u00eb ambientet e IEVP Fush\u00eb Kruj\u00eb, ka goditur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs 2 punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Kruj\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale &#8220;Largimi i t\u00eb burgosurit nga vendi i q\u00ebndrimi\u201d dhe \u201cGoditje p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Berat &#8211; Nga specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Krimet n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Berat u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit E. M., 35 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Berat. Arrestimi i tij u b\u00eb pasi n\u00eb banes\u00eb ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb psikologjike ndaj babait t\u00eb tij. Gjithashtu, gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb banes\u00eb nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb, shtetasit E. M. iu gjet nj\u00eb arm\u00eb gjahu pa leje, nj\u00eb mjet prer\u00ebs (shpat\u00eb) dhe nj\u00eb mjet prer\u00ebs sopat\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat u sekuestruan n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Berat, p\u00ebr veprat penale &#8220;Dhuna n\u00eb familje&#8221;, &#8220;Mbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb gjuetis\u00eb&#8221; dhe \u201cMbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fier\/Informacion paraprak &#8211; Sot rreth or\u00ebs 10:30, n\u00eb fshatin Jagodin\u00eb, Roskovec, te n\u00ebnstacioni elektrik, ka r\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb shtyll\u00eb elektrike e tensionit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb jan\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar dy punonj\u00ebs t\u00eb elektrikut (OST) t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin duke punuar. Si pasoj\u00eb e d\u00ebmtimeve t\u00eb mara, kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar jet\u00eb t\u00eb dy punonj\u00ebsit, shtetasit Gj. D., 50 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb dhe B. S., 64 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Mallakast\u00ebr. Grupi hetimor po punon p\u00ebr zbardhjen e rrethanave t\u00eb ngjarjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DVP Vlor\u00eb &#8211; Arrestohet n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 2 shtetas, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDhuna n\u00eb familje\u201d, shtetasin\u00a0 Xh. M., 28 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Sarand\u00eb, pasi ka ushtruar dhun\u00eb fizike ndaj bashk\u00ebshortes s\u00eb tij. Specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor n\u00eb DVP Vlor\u00eb arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasin A. S., 40 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, pasi mbr\u00ebmjen e djeshme, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cDemokracia\u201d, Vlor\u00eb, duke drejtuar motomjetin, pa leje drejtimi, ka aksidentuar nj\u00eb shtetas t\u00eb mitur 5 vje\u00e7, i cili ndodhet n\u00eb spital, jasht\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn. Materialet u referuan n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tiran\u00eb &#8211; Arrestohen n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 5 shtetas dhe procedohen penalisht 2 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr.2 b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetases S. D., 43 vje\u00e7e, pasi ka thyer mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cArrest n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi\u201d dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb konstatuar jasht\u00eb banese. Nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr.6 u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit R. \u00c7., 24 vje\u00e7, pasi me dat\u00eb 13.06.2021, ka goditur me nj\u00eb mjet prer\u00ebs shtetasin L. K., 30 vje\u00e7, i cili ndodhet n\u00eb spital, n\u00ebn kujdesin e mjek\u00ebve. Specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasve: J. N., 21 vje\u00e7, pasi ka aksidentuar bi\u00e7iklistin shtetasin I. S., 55 vje\u00e7, i cili ndodhet n\u00eb spital, n\u00ebn kujdesin e mjek\u00ebve; Sh. G., 38 vje\u00e7, pasi u kap duke drejtuar mjetin pa lejen p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse; S. Gj., 49 vje\u00e7, pasi u kap duke drejtuar mjetin\u00a0 gjendje t\u00eb dehur.\u2022M\u00eb dat\u00eb 14.06.2021, u referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr shtetasin S. H., 57 vje\u00e7,\u00a0 sepse n\u00eb fshatin Kashar, n\u00eb nj\u00eb objekt, u konstatua duke kryer punime nd\u00ebrtimi, pa lejen e organeve kompetente. M\u00eb dat\u00eb 14.06.2021, u referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr shtetasin V. N., 61 vje\u00e7, pasi n\u00eb Sauk, n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij, u konstatua duke kryer punime nd\u00ebrtimi, pa lejen e organeve kompetente. Materialet u referuan n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 87 shtetas, konkretisht: 1 \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar, 22 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 64 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 15 raste, me 2 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 14 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 4 raste: 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cKanosja\u201d, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, ku autori \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar dhe 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 1 rast i \u201cVrasja\u201d, mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb, ku autori \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste, 1 n\u00eb Berat dhe 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autori jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb; 1 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, ku autori \u00ebsht\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim. Jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 3 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e vjedhjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs jan\u00eb evidentuar 12 raste, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe\u00a0 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 10 raste p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat po punohet p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e autor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit pa leje jan\u00eb evidentuar 13 raste, 6 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 2 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, 1 n\u00eb 2 n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, 1 n\u00eb Elbasan dhe 1 n\u00eb Fier, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, me 3 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb 3 raste t\u00eb \u201cMashtrimi\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs dhe 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 3 raste t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb pron\u00ebs, 2 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Elbasan, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 2 shtetas p\u00ebr \u201cPushtim toke\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 2 shtetas, p\u00ebr falsifikimin let\u00ebrnjoftimesh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cPrerja e paligjshme e pyjeve\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, me 2 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 2 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 1 n\u00eb Elbasan, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb Elbasan \u00ebsht\u00eb evidentuar 1 rast i \u201cVet\u00ebgjyq\u00ebsia\u201d dhe 1 rast i \u201cFshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave\u201d, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.
