Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas njoftimit t\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrthimin e nj\u00eb sasie t\u00eb vog\u00ebl l\u00ebnde eksplozive t\u00eb hedhur mbi tarrac\u00ebn e nj\u00eb godine trekat\u00ebshe, objekt biznesi, n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb shtetasit J. D., n\u00eb lagjen nr. 14 Durr\u00ebs, kan\u00eb organizuar pun\u00ebn dhe fal\u00eb veprimeve t\u00eb shpejta hetimore dhe profesionale, b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur identifikimin, kapjen dhe arrestimin e autorit t\u00eb dyshuar, shtetasit: G. M., 44 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Shijak.<\/p>\n

Nga shp\u00ebrthimi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebs eksplozive jan\u00eb shkaktuar d\u00ebme t\u00eb vogla materiale.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim\u00ebsi t\u00eb veprimeve hetimore u arrestua n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe shtetasi B. Z., 34 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Shetaj, Durr\u00ebs, menaxher i lokalit n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb shtetasit G. M., pasi nga kontrolli i ushtruar n\u00eb automjetin e tij, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb gjet\u00ebn dhe sekuestruan n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri pistolet\u00eb, me nj\u00eb karikator me 7 fishek\u00eb luftarak\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve u procedua penalisht edhe v\u00ebllai i autorit t\u00eb dyshuar t\u00eb ngjarjes, shtetasi A. M., 46 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Shijak, pasi nga kontrolli i ushtruar n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb Shijak iu gjet nj\u00eb sasi vere me logon e nj\u00eb subjekti tjet\u00ebr, veprime k\u00ebto q\u00eb bien ndesh me vendimin e gjykat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb veprimeve procedurale, materialet iu referuan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb shtetasit G.
