T.(J.), 45 vje\u00e7, p\u00ebr veprat penale &#8220;Arm\u00ebmbajtja pa leje&#8221; dhe &#8220;Plagosja e r\u00ebnd\u00eb me dashje&#8221;, dhe D. T., 29 vje\u00e7 dhe M. Sh., 29 vje\u00e7 p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale &#8220;Moskall\u00ebzim i krimit&#8221;. K\u00ebta shtetas ishin t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, pasi m\u00eb dat\u00eb 19.04.2021, shtetasi N. T. ka plagosur me arm\u00eb zjarri n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb shtetasin B. O., nd\u00ebrsa shtetasit D. T dhe M. Sh. nuk kan\u00eb kall\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr krimin. Nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Narkotik\u00ebve u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit E. Z., 32 vje\u00e7, pasi n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cShyqyri Ishmi\u201d, ka shkelur mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cArrest n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi\u201d, duke dal\u00eb jasht\u00eb banes\u00ebs. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Nr. 6 b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit A. B., 28 vje\u00e7, pasi ka p\u00ebrndjekur nj\u00eb shtetase 25-vje\u00e7are. Specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasve I. K., 23 vje\u00e7, R. \u00c7., 59 vje\u00e7 dhe Sh. S., 41 vje\u00e7, pasi jan\u00eb kapur n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb duke drejtuar mjetet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur. \u2022M\u00eb dat\u00eb 20.04.2021 u referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe punohet p\u00ebr kapjen e shtetasit B. A., 24 vje\u00e7, sepse n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me nj\u00eb shtetas tjet\u00ebr (punohet p\u00ebr identifikimin e tij), tek Liqeni i That\u00eb, kan\u00eb goditur me sende t\u00eb forta shtetasin M. R. \u2022M\u00eb dat\u00eb 20.04.2021 u referuan materialet n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe punohet p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrimin e nj\u00eb 16-vje\u00e7ari, pasi n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cLoni Ligori\u201d, dyshohet se n\u00ebn k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimin e nj\u00eb mjeti prer\u00ebs, i ka marr\u00eb shum\u00ebn 5.000 lek\u00eb, bashk\u00ebmoshatarit t\u00eb tij. Materialet procedurale do t\u2019i kalojn\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme hetimore.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vlor\u00eb &#8211; Vijon puna p\u00ebr parandalimin, evidentimin dhe goditjen e paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb. Procedohen penalisht 2 shtetas, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cKorrupsioni aktiv n\u00eb zgjedhje\u201d dhe \u201cKorrupsioni pasiv n\u00eb zgjedhje\u201d. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr parandalimin dhe goditjen e krimeve zgjedhore, proceduan penalisht shtetasin turk A. B., 23 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb dhe shtetasin J. M., 24 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. Shtetasi J. M. dyshohet se n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme ka marr\u00eb nj\u00eb shum\u00eb lek\u00ebsh nga shtetasi A. B., p\u00ebr sigurimin e disa emrave personash t\u00eb njohur prej tij p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnie vote n\u00eb zgjedhjet parlamentare 2021. \u00a0Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Vlor\u00eb dhe Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me SPAK Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Has &#8211; Plagosi me mjet prer\u00ebs v\u00ebllan\u00eb e tij, kapet n\u00eb koh\u00eb rekord autori. Sekuestrohet n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale mjeti prer\u00ebs thik\u00eb. Sot, rreth or\u00ebs 07:55, n\u00eb spitalin e qytetit Krum\u00eb ka shkuar i plagosur me mjet prer\u00ebs shtetasi S. H., rreth 27 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb qytetin e Krum\u00ebs. Nga intervistimi paraprak shtetasi S. H. ka pohuar se ishte vet\u00ebplagosur n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij. Menj\u00ebher\u00eb grupi hetimor ka filluar hetimet dhe ka rezultuar se shtetasi S. H. ishte plagosur me mjet prer\u00ebs thik\u00eb nga v\u00ebllai i tij, shtetasi R. H., pasi dhunonte t\u00eb \u00ebm\u00ebn. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb jan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb ndjekje t\u00eb autorit. Fal\u00eb veprimeve t\u00eb shpejta dhe profesionale, n\u00eb qytetin e Krum\u00ebs, u b\u00eb e mundur kapja e autorit, shtetasit R. H., i cili shoq\u00ebrohej s\u00eb bashku me shtetasin G. B. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik, shtetasit G. B. iu gjet dhe sekuestrua mjeti prer\u00ebs (thik\u00eb), me t\u00eb cilin dyshohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb plagosur 27-vje\u00e7ari. \u00a0Shtetasit R. H. dhe G. B. jan\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Has, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DVP Berat &#8211; Vijon puna p\u00ebr kapjen dhe ndalimin e shtetasve t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim. Kapen 2 shtetas t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr kapjen dhe v\u00ebnien para p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb ligjore t\u00eb shtetasve t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, nga specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Krimet n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Berat u b\u00eb kapja dhe ndalimi i shtetasit E. A., 27 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb lagjen \u201cDonika Kastrioti\u201d, Berat. Ndalimi i tij u b\u00eb pasi Gjykata e Apelit Vlor\u00eb i ka vendosur mas\u00ebn\u00a0 &#8220;Arrest n\u00eb burg&#8221;, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cKund\u00ebrshtim i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb\u201d Gjithashtu u b\u00eb kapja e shtetasit E. B., 26 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Ura Vajgurore, t\u00eb cilin Gjykata e Apelit Vlor\u00eb e ka d\u00ebnuar me burgim p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cVjedhja\u201d. Veprimet e m\u00ebtejshme p\u00ebr shtetasin E. B. do t\u00eb kryhen nga DVP Fier. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Berat, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 65 shtetas, konkretisht: 7 jan\u00eb ndaluar, 15 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 43 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb ndaluar 7 shtetas, pasi ishin shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste, me 4 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 2 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 6 raste: 1 rast i \u201cKanosja\u201d, n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb;\u00a0 3 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 2 n\u00eb Berat, me 1 autor q\u00eb po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 1 autor t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim; 1 rast i \u00a0\u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, ku autori po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 1 rast i \u00a0\u201cPlagosja e r\u00ebnde me dashje\u201d, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, me 1 autor t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje jan\u00eb evidentuar 5 raste, 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs dhe 1 b\u00eb Elbasan, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 3 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 2 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb. Jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 7 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb-padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e vjedhjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs jan\u00eb evidentuar 11 raste: 1 rast n\u00eb Lezh\u00eb, me 2 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 10 raste p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat po punohet p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e autor\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit pa leje jan\u00eb evidentuar 6 raste, 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, 1 n\u00eb Elbasan, 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs dhe 2 n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: moderojn\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrdorin celularin, t\u00eb vendosin rripin e sigurimit, si dhe t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb rregullat e qarkullimit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p
