B., 59 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin D\u00ebshiran dhe u d\u00ebmtua shtetasja Z. Z., 42 vje\u00e7e q\u00eb udh\u00ebtonte n\u00eb moto\u00e7iklet\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb shtetas, e cila ndodhet jasht\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn, specialist\u00ebt e Qarkullimit Rrugor n\u00eb DVP Elbasan kan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale &#8220;Shkelja e rregullave t\u00ea qarkullimit&#8221;, shtetasen A. Gj., 39 vje\u00e7e, banuese n\u00eb Elbasan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb C\u00ebrrik arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasin F. T., 34 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Elbasan, pasi dyshohet se n\u00eb fshatin Grekan, Belsh, ka tentuar t\u00eb vjedh\u00eb me thyerje banes\u00ebn e shtetasit Y.
