Ky operacion nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar u mb\u00ebshtet nga INTERPOL dhe EUROPOL<\/p>\n

Qe prej 4 vitesh, Shqip\u00ebria n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit mb\u00ebshtet dhe merr pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Operacionin Nd\u00ebrkombetar “OPSON 8”, p\u00ebr goditjen e aktivitetit kriminal t\u00eb prodhimit, tregtimit, trafikimit t\u00eb produkteve ushqimore dhe pijeve n\u00ebn\/standarte dhe t\u00eb falsifikuara.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb operacionit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri gjat\u00eb kontrolleve t\u00eb ushtruara nga Policia n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha qarqet jan\u00eb arritur k\u00ebto rezultate:<\/p>\n

-Jan\u00eb kontrolluar n\u00eb total rreth 244 subjekte tregtare, persona fizike, punishte dhe automjete transporti.<\/p>\n

– Jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb “Shkelja e drejtave t\u00eb pron\u00ebsis\u00eb Industriale”, gjithsej 8 subjekte.<\/p>\n

– Jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb tjera penale “Mashtrim”, “Kontrabanda me mallra t\u00eb tjera”, “Kontrabanda me mallra t\u00eb ndaluara”, Prodhim t\u00eb Kundraligjsh\u00ebm, “Pun\u00ebsimi i paligjsh\u00ebm”, ” Falsifikimi i dokumentave”, “Falsifikimi i vulave, i stampave osi i formular\u00ebve”, “Shp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs”, “Prodhimi dhe shitja e ushqimeve dhe l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb rrezikshme p\u00ebr sh\u00ebndetin”, “Prodhim i kundraligjsh\u00ebm i artikuj\u00ebve dhe mallrave industrial\u00eb dhe ushqimor\u00eb”, “Fshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave”, gjithsej 30 subjekte,.<\/p>\n

– Jan\u00eb sekuestruar mallra t\u00eb ndryshme ushqimore dhe pije t\u00eb falsifikuara\/n\u00ebn standarde apo t\u00eb prodhuara n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb kundraligjshme n\u00eb sasitw:<\/p>\n
