Tropoj\u00eb\/Kuk\u00ebs – Ndalohen 2 persona t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim n\u00eb lidhje me ngjarjet e ndodhura n\u00eb KZAZ Nr. 09, Tropoj\u00eb dhe KZAZ nr.11, Kuk\u00ebs, dat\u00eb 19 dhe 20.06.2019. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Tropoj\u00eb, b\u00ebn\u00eb ndalimin e shtetasit t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim G.B., 38 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Dojan, Tropoj\u00eb. Ndalimi i tij u b\u00eb si i dyshuar p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cShkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs\u201d, \u201cKund\u00ebrshtimi i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d dhe \u201cD\u00ebmtimi me dashje i materialit zgjedhor\u201d. Gjithashtu, specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, b\u00ebn\u00eb ndalimin e shtetasit t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim L.Sh., 37 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Shtiqen. Ndalimi i tij u b\u00eb si i dyshuar p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cKund\u00ebrshtim i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d, \u201dMosbindja ndaj urdh\u00ebrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d ,\u201dShkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs\u201d, \u201dD\u00ebmtim me dashje i materialeve zgjedhore, e mbetur n\u00eb tentative\u201d , \u201cOrganizim i paligjsh\u00ebm i tubimeve\u201d, dhe \u201cPrishja e qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publike\u201d. Materialet p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb metejshme i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb Pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Tropoj\u00eb dhe Prokuroris\u00eb Pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Kuk\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Vlor\u00eb – Goditet nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr rast i shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb drogave t\u00eb forta n\u00eb doza t\u00eb vogla. Finalizohet operacioni antidrog\u00eb “Dh\u00ebrmiu”. Sekuestrohen nga policia 15 doza kokain\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb sasi parash t\u00eb dyshuara si t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituara nga shitja e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs narkotike. Vihet n\u00eb pranga poseduesi i l\u00ebnd\u00ebs narkotike. Seksioni i Hetimit t\u00eb Narkotik\u00ebve dhe Trafiqeve, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb informacioneve t\u00eb marra n\u00eb rrug\u00eb operative, se n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Dh\u00ebrmiut, nj\u00eb shtetas shp\u00ebrndante l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike Kokain\u00eb n\u00eb doza t\u00eb vogla, kan\u00eb organizuar dhe finalizuar operacionin policor “Dh\u00ebrmiu”, ku n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me forcat operacionale pran\u00eb DVP Vlor\u00eb kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pranga 37 vje\u00e7arin nga Tirana A.K. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik, Policia i gjeti shtetasit A.K, 15 doza l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike e dyshuar kokain\u00eb, si dhe nj\u00eb sasie valute prej 385 eurove, t\u00eb cilat dyshohen se jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar nga shitja e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs narkotike. Materialet iu referuan Prokuroris\u00eb n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotik\u00ebve”.<\/p>\n

Himar\u00eb\/Vlor\u00eb – Sekuestro Preventive p\u00ebr nj\u00eb hotel n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim dhe truallin ku nd\u00ebrtohet hoteli n\u00eb Himar\u00eb. Nga ana e Seksionit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit Ekonomik e Financiar n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Prokurorin\u00eb e Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Vlor\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb zbatimi i Vendimit Penal nr. 1314, dat\u00eb 20.06.2019, t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, p\u00ebr vendosjen e sekuestros preventive mbi nj\u00eb objekt hotel n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtim. Ky nd\u00ebrtim ka qen\u00eb i lejuar me vendimin nr.64, dat\u00eb 30.07.2018 nga ana e bashkis\u00eb Himar\u00eb dhe leja e nd\u00ebrtimit \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb favor t\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie sh.p.k, me administrator shtetasin F. H., si dhe nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe toke truall prej 700 m2, e ndodhur n\u00eb Spile Himar\u00eb ku po nd\u00ebrtohet ky hotel. Vlera financiare e objektit dhe truallit kap shifr\u00ebn rreth 500.000 euro. Ky sekuestrim u b\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb procedimit penal nr. 342 viti 2019, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cFalsifikimi i dokumenteve\u201c dhe \u201cShp\u00ebrdorimi i detyr\u00ebs\u201d parashikuar nga nenet 186 dhe 248 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 87 shtetas, konkretisht: 6 jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb, 5 jan\u00eb ndalur dhe 76 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb ndaluar 5 shtetas pasi ishin shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim: 1 n\u00eb qarkun Tiran\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb qarkun Shkod\u00ebr dhe 1 n\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cKund\u00ebrshtim i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d, \u201cMosbindja ndaj urdh\u00ebrit t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb rendit publik\u201d, \u201cShkat\u00ebrrimi i pron\u00ebs\u201d, \u201cD\u00ebmtimi me dashje i materialeve zgjedhore e mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb\u201d \u201cOrganizimi i tubimeve t\u00eb paligjshme\u201d dhe \u201cPrishje e qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publike\u201d; 1 n\u00eb qarkun Lezh\u00eb i d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDh\u00ebnia ndihm\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb burgosuri p\u00ebr largim\u201d; 1 n\u00eb PKK Morin\u00eb i d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cIlegal Imigracion\u201d, sipas Kodit Penal Bullgar.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste, 1 n\u00eb qarkun Tiran\u00eb, me 1 autor q\u00eb po procedohet n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb qarkun Vlor\u00eb me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 8 raste, konkretisht: 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cKanosja\u201d, 1 n\u00eb qarkun Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Elbasan; 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, n\u00eb qarkun Fier; 3 raste t\u00eb \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb qarkun Durr\u00ebs, 1 n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dhe 1 n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr dhe 1 rast i \u201cVrasja n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tjera cil\u00ebsuese, mbetur n\u00eb tentativ\u00eb\u201d, n\u00eb qarkun Durr\u00ebs, ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb evidentuar 2 raste t\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale \u201cDhuna n\u00eb familje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb qarkun Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, ku autor\u00ebt jan\u00eb proceduar n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb, si dhe jan\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar 13 k\u00ebrkes\u00eb \u2013 padi p\u00ebr l\u00ebshim t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb urdhrit t\u00eb mbrojtjes.<\/p>\n
