Ndalohet 45-vje\u00e7ari i shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim p\u00ebr veprat penale &#8220;Plagosja e r\u00ebnd\u00eb me dashje&#8221; dhe &#8220;Mbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve t\u00eb ftohta&#8221;. Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb, menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas njoftimit se n\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb, n\u00eb ambientet e nj\u00eb lokali po konfliktoheshin disa shtetas dhe p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb dy prej tyre ishin plagosur me mjet prer\u00ebs (thik\u00eb), menj\u00ebher\u00eb kan\u00eb organizuar pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr dokumentimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb ngjarjes dhe kapjen a autorit. Si rezultat e nj\u00eb pune t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb p\u00ebr kapjen e tij, nga sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb u b\u00eb e mundur kapja dhe v\u00ebnia n\u00eb pranga e autorit t\u00eb dyshuar t\u00eb ngjarjes, shtetasit R.\u00a0 A., 45 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb. Ky shtetas, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 16.09.2020, dyshohet se pas nj\u00eb konflikti t\u00eb \u00e7astit p\u00ebr motive t\u00eb dob\u00ebta, ka goditur me mjet prer\u00ebs thik\u00eb shtetasin B. \u00c7. dhe pronarin e lokalit shtetasin M. A., i cili ka nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb parandaluar p\u00ebrshkall\u00ebzimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb konfliktit. Materialet do t\u2019i kalojn\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Kavaj\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">DVP Dib\u00ebr &#8211; Vijon operacioni policor i koduar &#8220;Porosia&#8221;. Shkon n\u00eb 7 numri i personave t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit p\u00ebr goditjen e veprimtaris\u00eb kriminale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve. Operacioni policor, pas disa muajsh hetime nga DVP Dib\u00ebr, n\u00ebn drejtimin e Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Gjyq\u00ebsor Dib\u00ebr dhe finalizuar 3 jav\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Drejtorin\u00eb e Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me Operacionale n\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Shtetit. Kapet dhe ndalohet nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shtetas i p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb kriminale t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike n\u00eb doza t\u00eb vogla. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb hetimeve t\u00eb kryera nga Sektori p\u00ebr Hetimin e Narkotik\u00ebve dhe Trafiqeve t\u00eb Paligjshme n\u00eb DVP Dib\u00ebr, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Forc\u00ebn e Posa\u00e7me Operacionale dhe n\u00ebn drejtimin e Prokuroris\u00eb Dib\u00ebr, gjat\u00eb hetimeve n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit &#8220;Porosia&#8221; ka rezultuar se shtetasi SH. P., 29 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Bulqiz\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor i 6 shtetasve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar m\u00eb dat\u00eb 30 gusht 2020, p\u00ebr veprimtari kriminale n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike n\u00eb doza t\u00eb vogla, n\u00eb qytetin e Bulqiz\u00ebs dhe zon\u00ebn p\u00ebrreth. Si rezultat, gjat\u00eb mbr\u00ebmjes s\u00eb djeshme, pas nj\u00eb pune t\u00eb mirorganizuar nga strukturat e DVP Dib\u00ebr u b\u00eb u mundur kapja dhe ndalimi i tij. Operacioni vijon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Shkod\u00ebr &#8211; Policia e Shkodr\u00ebs ka nd\u00ebshkuar me nga 1.000.000 lek\u00eb gjob\u00eb, pronar\u00ebt e dy lokaleve, pasi u konstatuan duke ushtruar aktivitet n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Aktin Normativ. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb kontrolleve t\u00eb ushtruara n\u00eb subjekte t\u00eb ndryshme, me q\u00ebllim parandalimin e p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb COVID-19, kan\u00eb konstatuar dy lokale n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ishin organizuar ceremoni festive n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me Aktin Normativ, duke mos respektuar protokollet e siguris\u00eb. \u00a0Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb i kan\u00eb vendosur pronar\u00ebve t\u00eb subjekteve, shtetasve I. I. dhe M. B., mas\u00ebn administrative 1.000.000 lek\u00eb secilit. Policia e Shkodr\u00ebs apelon p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pronar\u00ebt\/administrator\u00ebt e subjekteve q\u00eb ushtrojn\u00eb aktivitet, t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb me rigorozitet protokollet e siguris\u00eb dhe masat kufizuese, me q\u00ebllim parandalimin e p\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tepelen\u00eb &#8211; Vijon puna p\u00ebr kapjen e personave t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Tepelen\u00eb kan\u00eb kapur dhe ndaluar shtetasin e shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim R. P., 45 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Dragot, Tepelen\u00eb. Ky shtetas ishte shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, pasi n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 04.09.2020, gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb fshatin Dragot, Tepelen\u00eb, n\u00eb oborrin e banes\u00ebs s\u00eb tij u konstatuan t\u00eb kultivuara disa bim\u00eb narkotike. Materialet n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb shtetasit R. P. i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Gjirokast\u00ebr, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elbasan &#8211; Finalizohet operacioni policor i koduar &#8220;Markata&#8221;, p\u00ebr goditjen e shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb drogave n\u00eb doza t\u00eb vogla. Arrestohen n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dy shtetasit q\u00eb posedonin dhe shp\u00ebrndanin l\u00ebnd\u00ebn narkotike. Sekuestrohen doza me l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike cannabis sattiva, 2 aparate celular, nj\u00eb mjet dhe para t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituara nga shitja e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs narkotike. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs p\u00ebr goditjen e veprimtaris\u00eb kriminale t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb drogave n\u00eb doza t\u00eb vogla dhe kontrolleve t\u00eb shtuara p\u00ebr rritjen e parametrave t\u00eb siguris\u00eb, specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Narkotik\u00ebve dhe Trafiqeve t\u00eb Paligjshme n\u00eb DVP Elbasan zhvilluan dhe finalizuan me sukses operacionin policor t\u00eb koduar &#8220;Markata&#8221;, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb cilit u arrestuan n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasit D. P., 25 vje\u00e7 dhe R. B., 31 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Elbasan. \u00a0Arrestimi i tyre u b\u00eb pasi n\u00eb lagjen &#8220;Brigada&#8221;, Elbasan, pran\u00eb markat\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik iu gjet\u00ebn dhe sekuestruan n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale doza me l\u00ebnd\u00eb narkotike t\u00eb dyshuar cannabis sativa, 2 aparate celular\u00eb, 42.000 lek\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituara nga shitja e l\u00ebnd\u00ebs narkotike dhe mjeti tip &#8220;Suzuki&#8221; me t\u00eb cilin l\u00ebviznin k\u00ebta shtetas. Vijon puna p\u00ebr identifikimin e personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb implikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb veprimtari kriminale. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Elbasan, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale &#8220;Prodhimi dhe shitja e narkotik\u00ebve&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Maliq &#8211; Specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimeve n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Maliq b\u00ebn\u00eb arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb shtetasit S. M., 23 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Zvirin\u00eb, Maliq, pasi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fshat dyshohet se ka tentuar t\u00eb kryej\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie seksuale me dhun\u00eb me nj\u00eb 48-vje\u00e7are. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rinas &#8211; Intensifikohen kontrollet p\u00ebr parandalimin, evidentimin dhe goditjen e paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb. Evidentohen dy raste t\u00eb tentativ\u00ebs p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb kufirit me dokumente t\u00eb falsifikuara. Gjat\u00eb muajit shtator, nga Policia Kufitare e Rinasit jan\u00eb evidentuar dhe goditur edhe 12 raste t\u00eb tjera, konkretisht 7 raste p\u00ebr falsifikim t\u00eb pasaportave dhe let\u00ebrnjoftimeve, 3 raste p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnie ndihme p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm dhe 2 raste p\u00ebr mosdeklarim t\u00eb vlerave monetare. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Kufitare Rinas, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb masave t\u00eb shtuara p\u00ebr parandalimin dhe goditjen e paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb, si rezultat i intensifikimit t\u00eb kontrolleve t\u00eb specializuara, duke p\u00ebrdorur edhe aparatur\u00ebn e re t\u00eb dhuruar nga ambasada gjermane, p\u00ebr identifikimin e dokumenteve t\u00eb falsifikuara, kan\u00eb evidentuar dhe goditur dy raste t\u00eb tentativ\u00ebs p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufirit me dokumente t\u00eb falsifikuara. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Kufitare kan\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb pranga shtetasin I. N., 22 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale &#8220;Falsifikimi i pasaportave ose vizave&#8221; dhe &#8220;Dh\u00ebnie ndihme p\u00ebr kalim t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kufijve&#8221; dhe GJ. P., 30 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale &#8220;Falsifikimi i let\u00ebrnjoftimeve, pasaportave ose i vizave&#8221;. Shtetasi I. N. i ka shitur nj\u00eb kart\u00eb identiteti greke me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e tij, shtetasit GJ. P., i cili ka tentuar t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb Angli. Materialet procedurale i kan\u00eb kaluar Prokuroris\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 93 shtetas, konkretisht: 33 jan\u00eb arrestuar, 5 jan\u00eb ndaluar dhe 55 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb ndaluar 5 shtetas, pasi ishin shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 13 raste, me 6 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 9 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 8 raste: 4 raste t\u00eb \u201cKanosja\u201d, 3 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Fier; 1 rast i \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb; 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Elbasan, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jan\u00eb evidentuar 8 raste t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs n\u00eb familje, 3 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, me 1 autor t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 2 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb; 2 n\u00eb Elbasan, ku autor\u00ebt jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb; 1 n\u00eb Fier dhe 1 n\u00eb Berat, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.
