Vijon kthimi nga zonat bregdetare, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe Morin\u00ebs, i pushuesve q\u00eb l\u00ebvizin n\u00eb fundjav\u00eb."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha akset rrugore nacionale ka fluks, por t\u00eb rrjedhsh\u00ebm dhe deri tani nuk ka pengesa apo bllokim t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes.<\/p>\n<p>Policia Rrugore ka shtuar prezenc\u00ebn e sh\u00ebrbimeve me uniform\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, por edhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimeve civile n\u00eb patrullim, me q\u00ebllim parandalimin e aksidenteve rrugore.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit jan\u00eb pezulluar 66 leje drejtimi, 19 drejtues mjetesh t\u00eb arrestuar dhe 1543 masa administrative.<\/p>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit dhe deri n\u00eb k\u00ebto momente kan\u00eb vijuar dhe vijojn\u00eb kontrollet me radar e drager dhe me patrullime n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha akset rrugore, p\u00ebr evidentimin dhe nd\u00ebshkimin e shkel\u00ebsve t\u00eb kodit rrugor &#x1f4f8;&#x1f694;&#x1f693;&#x270d;, me q\u00ebllim parandalimin e aksidenteve rrugore&#x1f691;.<\/p>\n<p>Si rezultat i kontrolleve me radar jan\u00eb konstatuar dhe iu \u00ebsht\u00eb pezulluar leja e drejtimit 39 drejtuesve t\u00eb mjeteve q\u00eb drejtonin mjetet me shpejt\u00ebsi tej normave t\u00eb lejuara, q\u00eb varionin nga 40 deri n\u00eb 80 km\/h mbi norm\u00ebn e lejuar &#x1f64f;&#x2708;&#xfe0f;!!!. &#x1f3e0;????&#x1f691;????.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jxvQwQdkUAY\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Nga kontrollet me drager n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb pezulluar 27 leje drejtimi, p\u00ebr drejtim mjeti n\u00ebn efektin e alkoolit.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb kushtet e flagranc\u00ebs, p\u00ebr drejtim mjeti n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur, 10 drejtues mjetesh, nd\u00ebrsa 9 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb arrestuar p\u00ebr drejtim mjeti pa leje drejtimi.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb vendosur 324 masa administrative p\u00ebr parakalime t\u00eb gabuara dhe 19 p\u00ebr mosrespektim t\u00eb sinjalistik\u00ebs rrugore dhe manovra t\u00eb rrezikshme n\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe 7 masa maksimale me vler\u00eb 30 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb t\u00eb reja, pasi drejtuesit e mjeteve ishin shtetas t\u00eb huaj.<\/p>\n<p>156 masa p\u00ebr mosvendosje t\u00eb rripit t\u00eb sigurimit, 184 p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim t\u00eb celularit, 79 p\u00ebr mosvendosje t\u00eb kask\u00ebs mbrojt\u00ebse, 456 masa p\u00ebr parkime t\u00eb gabuara, 18 masa p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb semaforit, 99 masa p\u00ebr mosdh\u00ebnie p\u00ebrpar\u00ebsie k\u00ebmb\u00ebsor\u00ebve dhe 211 p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb kodit rrugor.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb bllokuar 11 automjete, pasi rezultoi se drejtuesit e tyre kishin t\u00eb pashlyera m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 5 masa administrative.<\/p>\n<p>Policia Rrugore apelon p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb drejtuesit e mjeteve q\u00eb t\u00eb zbatojn\u00eb rregullat e qarkullimit rrugor, t\u00eb mos qarkullojn\u00eb me shpejt\u00ebsi tej normave t\u00eb lejuara, t\u00eb mos drejtojn\u00eb mjetin n\u00ebn ndikimin e alkoolit apo n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur, t\u00eb mos kryejn\u00eb parakalime t\u00eb gabuara, t\u00eb mos shkelin semaforin, t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrdroin celularin gjat\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb mjetit dhe t\u00eb vendosin rripin e sigurimit si dhe kask\u00ebn mbrojt\u00ebse p\u00ebr motomjetet<\/p>\n<p>#zbatorregullatudh\u00ebtoisigurt<br \/>\n#RespektoKufizimeteShpejt\u00ebsis\u00ebmos&#x1f6eb;&#x1f6e3;&#xfe0f;<br \/>\n#MosP\u00ebrdor&#x1f943;gjat\u00eb drejtimit t\u00eb&#x1f698;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha akset rrugore nacionale ka fluks, por t\u00eb rrjedhsh\u00ebm dhe deri tani nuk ka pengesa apo bllokim t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes.
