Nga specialist\u00ebt p\u00ebr Hetimin e Krimit n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb Dib\u00ebr u b\u00eb arrestimi n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb i shtetasit E. K., 48\u00a0 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr. Arrestimi i tij u b\u00eb pasi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb dhe pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn e saj ka p\u00ebrndjekur nj\u00eb 53-vje\u00e7are. Kruj\u00eb\/Informacion paraprak – M\u00eb dat\u00eb 02.09.2020, rreth or\u00ebs 08:10, dyshohet se \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebplagosur me \u00e7ifte n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij, shtetasi F. V., 78 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Borizan\u00eb, Kruj\u00eb, i cili ndodhet n\u00eb spital, n\u00ebn kujdesin e mjek\u00ebve, jasht\u00eb rrezikut p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn. Grupi hetimor, n\u00ebn drejtimin e prokuroris\u00eb, po kryen hetimet p\u00ebr zbardhjen e rrethanave t\u00eb ngjarjes. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Kruj\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n

Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb – Vijon kontrolli i territorit p\u00ebr parandalimin, evidentimin dhe goditje e atyre personave q\u00eb kryejn\u00eb krime mjedisore. Komisariati i Policis\u00eb Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me IKMT, procedoi n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb shtetasin A. H., 45 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb lagjen 1 Maji, Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb, i cili dyshohet se kryente veprimtari t\u00eb marrjes s\u00eb materialit inert pa leje n\u00eb shtratin e lumit Seman, n\u00eb fahatin Salc\u00eb, Kozare. IKMT dhe Policia e Shtetit vijojn\u00eb pun\u00ebn p\u00ebr evidentimin dhe parandalimin e ndotjes mjedisore n\u00eb lumenjt\u00eb e vijat ujore n\u00eb vend, si dhe p\u00ebr nd\u00ebshkimin e \u00e7do kund\u00ebrvajt\u00ebsi dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht fton \u00e7do qytetar t\u00eb denoncoj\u00eb shkeljet n\u00eb numrin 112 ose p\u00ebrmes Komisariatit Dixhital.<\/p>\n

Kruj\u00eb – Vijon kontrolli i territorit, p\u00ebr parandalimin e kultivimit t\u00eb bim\u00ebve narkotike. Procedohen penalisht kryeplaku i fshatit Mallku\u00e7 dhe administratori i Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb Administrative Bubq. Sh\u00ebrbimet e Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Kruj\u00eb, n\u00eb vijim t\u00eb kontrollit masiv t\u00eb territorit, n\u00eb fshatin Mallku\u00e7, Nj\u00ebsia Administrative Bubq, Kruj\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb ambient t\u00eb hapur, kan\u00eb konstatuar dhe goditur nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb tentativ\u00ebs p\u00ebr kultivim t\u00eb bim\u00ebve narkotike. N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb veprimeve u proceduan penalisht shtetasit A. D., 42 vje\u00e7, me detyr\u00eb kryeplak i fshatit Mallku\u00e7 dhe A. K., 47 vje\u00e7, me detyr\u00eb administrator i Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb Administrative Bubq, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale “Shp\u00ebrdorim detyre”. Vijon puna p\u00ebr identifikimin dhe kapjen e autorit\/ve, t\u00eb implikuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb veprimtari kriminale. Materialet i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit Kruj\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/p>\n

DVP Berat – Specialist\u00ebt\u00a0 e\u00a0 Seksionit\u00a0 p\u00ebr Krimet kan\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim shtetasit O. D., 32 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Gjergjov\u00eb, Skrapar, M. H., 33 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Gjerb\u00ebs, Skrapar, F. K., 47 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs dhe P. V., 34 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Rehov\u00eb, pasi jan\u00eb autor\u00eb t\u00eb dyshuar t\u00eb kultivimit t\u00eb disa bim\u00ebve narkotike q\u00eb jan\u00eb gjetur n\u00eb zona t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb Skrapar dhe Poli\u00e7an. Vijon puna p\u00ebr kapjen e tyre.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, gjat\u00eb 24 or\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin jan\u00eb proceduar penalisht 86 shtetas, konkretisht: 18 jan\u00eb arrestuar, 3 jan\u00eb ndaluar dhe 65 po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb ndaluar 3 shtetas, pasi ishin shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim, p\u00ebr vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e narkotik\u00ebve jan\u00eb evidentuar 8 raste, me 4 autor\u00eb t\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb dhe 4 autor\u00eb q\u00eb po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00ebn e krimeve ndaj personit jan\u00eb evidentuar 12 raste: 2 raste t\u00eb \u201cKanosja\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe 1 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb; 5 raste t\u00eb \u201cPlagosja e leht\u00eb me dashje\u201d, 1 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 2 n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Fier dhe 1 n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr; 5 raste t\u00eb \u201cD\u00ebmtime t\u00eb tjera me dashje\u201d, 2 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, 1 n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, 1 n\u00eb Fier dhe 1 n\u00eb Dib\u00ebr, ku autor\u00ebt po procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n
